Title: Love it
Review: I wanted to purchase a full size, but ended up getting a Queen, because the cost of the Queen was less then the full, I think that was an error. However, with that said: the mattress is awesome. I am able to sleep most of the night, getting up in the morning without horrific back and neck pain. Nothing can alleviate my pain 100%, except for surgery, which I’ve been putting off. This mattress has made a world of difference! I’ve woken up many day without back pain and barely any neck pain ( which I recently Purchased a water pillow) I’m hoping that will help. With that said, being able to sleep 6 to 7 hours a night is a miracle. Before this mattress I was getting broken sleep: every 60 to 90 minutes, due to pain! I actually slept longer this morning and got my trash bin out late, got it out at 7:30 in the morning, instead of 3 to 5:30 am. But it was picked up.The only problem I had with this mattress, is that for some reason it was placed on my front porch, when I left instructions to be placed in front of garage. I’m a lightweight : I weigh 90 pounds, so having purchased another mattress in a box, I decided to take it out of box, unroll it. I was thinking I could pull it in front door. Well, that didn’t worK. As soon as I unwrapped the additional plastic from it, it exploded on my porch! I ended up with a mattress 1/2 folded, stuck between my house and bannister. I was able to move it somewhat so that it was positioned where I could fight fight it later to get it down the steps. I tried a few hours later to move it, but gave up.Luckily for me, my wonderful neighbors across the street saw it, called and came over to help get it in house. Bless his heart: he said damn, this thing is heavy! The mattress exploded, inflated, whatever you want to call it, because there was a 2 inch part where the seam wasn’t closed. As soon as I unrolled, it started to expand.I’m good with it. Actually I’m laying my mattress as I write this review, I’m a happy little camper. Love that I can sleep all night and basically wake up with normal aches and pains, as a 63 year old woman!

Title: Great Mattress very comfortable
Review: Great Mattress I bought one for our motorhome and it was so comfortable that I bought another one for my home. Very well made and it is a very nice looking mattress Has a nice pillow top which makes it a added bonus. (See picture) Also has easy moving straps (see picture). Great for side or back or stomach sleepers adapts to you. Easy to get in and out of. Great Value and arrived sooner than expected which was great. There was no smell and expanded quickly. I would recommend this Mattress.

Review: My daughter really likes the bed, she says it's firm but soft at the same time, I like how thick it is. Good bed for a good price. Doesn't really keep her cool though that's the only thing.

Review: I like to buy things that look Good, this mattress looks Very Good. It also feels Very Good. It's a bit on the firm but it turns out that's what I needed as it has alleviated back pain. It did occur to me that it may soften a bit over time which is better than wearing out and throwing it out = Good

Title: Sersper Mattress not for me
Review: This mattress was very reasonably priced and I have always wanted a memory foam mattress, but it did not work for me. I slept on it about a month and my back was sore.So, I contacted the customer service--and I am giving this company 5 stars because of their excellent customer service. They really worked with me and have given me a refund.I am very happy about that; I am going to try and upload some photos so you can see what the mattress looks like. It is really well made- but the memory foam was just not for me, as I said.It is a very nice-looking product.

Title: Mattress was a disaster, but service was good.
Review: **Update: I slept on the mattress for 7 weeks and my original opinion didn't change. I contacted the company for support, and after a lot of back and forth, they were able to bring me some satisfaction in the form of a refund.They're going to tell you that you need to sleep on a new mattress 2-3 weeks to adjust to it.They're going to ask if you'd accept a very small refund to buy a mattress pad. I immediately turned this offer down.If you keep pushing, they'll offer you a slightly larger refund and tell you to sell it, and they'll tell you that you can return it for a full refund, BUT: "Of course, returning the mattress for a refund is also an option, just packing it may be a bit difficult if you don't have a professional packing machine."I don't know anyone who has a professional packing machine, so I can't imagine anyone will ever get the full refund advertised.I ended up countering their refund offer, that they accepted/paid out, and I'm trying to sell the mattress. I'm out about $165 and I'm sleeping on my old mattress.I'm glad support was able to help me, but this was a huge lesson learned about buying a boxed mattress on the internet.**Original Review: I wanted to love this mattress. It seemed like a fair price for the quality, but it has fallen far behind my expectations. The mattress came folded in half and then vacuumed/rolled and boxed. Upon unrolling it there were visible creases at the fold and a very pronounced difference in comfort in the middle. I let it sit for over 4 days. The springs in the folded area have never recovered and there's already a body imprint that also never recovers. I'm 5'11'' 180lbs. Some of the spring areas are also not working as they should. There's a spot by the foot of the bed where it feels like my leg/foot falls into a crevasse. Only the top pillow bit is padded, there is no foam on top of the springs below the pad area and you can feel every spring against your body. The first few nights I woke up with terrible shoulder pain, which has thankfully subsided a bit, but I never awake feeling good on this mattress. I'm going to see about how to return it within the first 100days, but I have a feeling it's going to be more hassle than it's worth and I'll be sleeping on this 'til I can afford to replace it again. Not impressed, not happy, not well rested. I wouldn't buy it again, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.
