Title: Kitchen Must Have
Review: I use tongs almost every day in my cooking but there are just some foods that don't work with the large concave tongs so I bought these. I really like these for the more delicate foods, frying and smaller food items. Because there is no concave section I fell like I get a better grip on the food and can have more control on the food. I especially like these for breading and frying food (i.e. onion rings). I can use one for the wey and one for the dry and it doesn't take off any of the batter like the larger tongs do. I also love then for flipping in the oil, they do not disrupt the other items frying. These are a great lengths well, I have used them on my small BBQ and they work great for that as wel lThe reason for the four star rather then five is that in my sets (I bought 2, so 6 tongs) two of the tongs seem to have a wider spread right out of the package and the feel different; less tight maybe. Not a major issue but enough of a difference that I know ones which ones are the wider set, not as "tight." I just use those for larger food so not a big issue.

Title: Poor quality control
Review: Overall, they’re ok for the price. The quality isn’t all that great because they’re not as elastic as you’d hope. If you bend them too much, they stay that way. Also, in my case, one of the tongs has a manufacturing defect but the person making them didn’t seem to care.

Review: So flimsy. When I read stainless steel, I assume sturdy materials. These tongs would have to be held together near the bottom in order to get a proper grip of the food.. which defeats the purpose of making them long.
