The Keurig® K-Supreme® SMART brewer connects to WiFi via the Keurig® app to enable a suite of smart features, including BrewID® technology, ensuring it’s easy to make and enjoy a perfectly customized cup of rich, full-flavored coffee, just the way you like it. BrewID® technology gives you distinctively delicious, full-flavored coffee because it recognizes the specific brand and roast of your K-Cup® pod and automatically customizes the brew settings to the recommendations of the coffee experts who created it. Plus, you can fine-tune your cup to be even more to your liking, by choosing from five strength, six temperature, and four cup size settings - and adjusting and storing your favorites on your smartphone, so you can schedule ahead or brew your personal perfect cup from anywhere.
BrewID: Recognizes your specific K-Cup pod and customizes brew settings to make each cup distinctively delicious..Note: 1)Too coarse a grind, too little coffee, or insufficiently tamping the grounds before brewing can all lead to inadequate pressure for a proper brew. 2)It is important to note that the amount of espresso extracted will vary depending on the grind size and amount and reprogramming may be needed when the size and amount are adjusted
SIGNATURE BREW: Settings created by the coffee experts for the most flavorful brew.
MULTISTREAM TECHNOLOGY: Saturates the grounds more evenly to extract full flavor and aroma (vs. leading Keurig K-Classic brewer).
BREW OVER ICE: Brew hot over ice for full-flavored, delicious iced coffee.
COMPLETE CUSTOMIZATION: Five strength settings (Balanced to Intense), six temp settings (Warm to Max Hot), and four brew sizes (6, 8, 10, and 12 oz.) Save up to 10 custom settings, so it’s easier than ever for everyone to enjoy their favorite cup.

Title: Top Quality Machine For Those Who Like It Smart
Review: I needed for a replacement for my long standing Keurig K Classic Brewer, and realized there are a lot more options on the market than there were when I got my machine many years ago. After a lot of research, I landed on this K Supreme Smart. I liked it because it has all of the features that my original K Classic had, but also a lot of really nice quality of life upgrades. To start, I love the design. I like that it has a filter in the reservoir, as good coffee starts with good water. The buttons are much bigger, the white backlight on them makes them much easier to read, and the screen is a nice addition as well. But the big upgrade here is the quality of coffee the brewer produces. For flavor testing, I used the absolutely amazing Killah Coffee Supreme Dark roast as my test flavor, and let me just say, I used to think my coffee tasted good, but now that I have this machine, I realize I was missing out BIG TIME. The MultiStream upgrade really does add a lot to the flavor. The ability to adjust the strength is wonderful, because I love a really strong cup of coffee, and my wife likes it a little more on the medium side, and now we both get what we want. The BrewID feature is neat, a little gimmicky, but the signature brew feature it adds is actually really awesome, because it's brewing the coffee as the brand intended it to be brewed. The brewer is also really quiet compared to my K Classic, and the K Elite we have at my office, so that's nice for mornings when I'm not trying to wake the whole house up. It seems to heat up really fast, but because of the adjustable strength, it also seems to brew a little slower than the other two machines I mentioned, but it's well worth the wait, as the quality of coffee far exceedes what those other two machines can produce. It also turns itself off if I forget, unlike my K Classic, which saves me power and saves the life of the machine. Overall, I could not be happier with my purchase, and would definitely recommend this machine to anyone who wants a Keurig with nice modern features. Definitely a win for Keurig here.

Title: POS
Review: First one lasted 4 months, display worked, wouldnât brew any coffee in any mode. Replacement was sent and after 3 months it would blow up the coffee pods once every 1-2 months and coffee grounds everywhere throughout the machine. I descale when it advises to and even us the Keurig cleaning pods every week. Today, replacement unit is just over a year old and it just died. No display, wonât power up. Older model Keurig lasted over 6 years and still worked before upgrading this. Just bought the Nespresso VertuoPlus and love it. Much better quality and tasting coffee. Pods are little more expensive but well worth the money.

Title: NOT so SMART after all UPDATE: Can't brew eco friendly pods (MUST READ)
Review: Keurig did do something smart by listing the Supreme and Supreme SMART models under the same SKU. So, all the great reviews about the regular Supreme model hide the horrible experiences from those of us that bought the "SMART" model. Although I don't have the regular model, I imagine that it is probably the perfect machine, since it doesn't have the "extra" features that I not only paid more for, but are problematic.YOU DON'T ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU PAY FORWhat makes this SMART? It boasts new features that are supposed to unlock your machine's full potential and improve everything. Well, the first problem, as everyone else has mentioned, is that it is extremely difficult to get this to pair with your network. After trying for an HOUR, I returned this for a replacement, assuming that it was a buggy unit. Unfortunately, the replacement did the same thing. The automated process takes you to various steps, but won't connect on the final step. It actually doesn't always get to the penultimate step, but does maybe 25% of my attempts. I tried different networks and bandwidths, all with no luck. After trying for about 50 minutes, it actually connected. I'm not sure why or how, since I didn't do anything different. So now that I am connected, this is a good thing right? The first thing the Keurig does when you put a pod in is to enable the BrewID feature. This is supposed to read the pod you just inserted and optimize how it brews it so it comes out perfectly. I've tried over a dozen types of pods so far and none have been read by this function. I imagine that it has to be one of the affiliate brands that they spam in their app, that would make the most sense I guess. They probably use this to record your consumption habits as well, tbh. Since this does not read any of the pods I bought, all this function does is add 20 SECONDS to your wait time for the Keurig to brew your pod. 20 seconds sounds short, but it's painfully slow when you are in a hurry and late for work! This function cannot be disabled, so I have to live with this every time I use it. These issues alone are enough for me to heavily advise everyone to get the regular Supreme and not the SMART version. If you remove the SMART functions, this is one of the best Keurig's so far. This is my 4th model, so I've grown with the upgrades and changes to each model. Here are some standout improvements with this model:* SMALLER FOOTPRINT and shorter height makes it fit in higher spaces, or just takes up less room which is always nice.* NEW DIGITAL READOUT is easier to read both during the day and at night* REMOVEABLE WATER RESERVOIR on the side is SO MUCH EASEIR than the older tanks that sometimes wrapped around the machine and required you to move the machine out every time.* TEMPERATURE CONTROL is a nice feature if you want to make your brew colder or hotter than normal. As great as these are, the SMART features outweigh all of the good. Even if you get it to connect right away, I just don't see what the benefits are. I've never thought to myself, I wish I could set an alarm and have my coffee machine brew a pod right after I wake up... and that's probably the only positive (or not negative) feature that comes with being SMART.UPDATE:After some more usage, I discovered that this machine has another defective function... It cannot brew the eco friendly, plastic-less pods. The new MULTISTREAM system that features 5 puncture points pushes down on the top of the pod, failing to fully puncture it at all 5 points. So, the injected hot water flows over the top of the pod and overflows on the sides. If you look at the pic I included, it shows that a very weak color stream of coffee comes out the main, center spout, and clear water drips down from the peripheral spouts. There isn't enough pressure or water entering the center puncture needle, so what little water that does enter the pod is weak. I've now brewed 12 pods and only 2 brewed okay, although it was still weaker as some water leaked out the side. On top of this, grounds will escape up out of the pod and into your cup. I do not have this happen with normal pods, just the eco pods that have a filter paper body. So far, multistream has been a marketing gimmick that doesn't improve any part of the brew and only causes problems.

Review: Why is no one talking about how cheaply this is made. Itâs cheap plastic and looks like something you would buy from toys r us on the clearance rack for a kids kitchen. For $250. Iâm extremely disappointed.

Review: At $300 tax in, the build quality of this coffee maker is poor and the addition of Wi-Fi that does nothing for the coffee quality and does not easily connect with networks is of zero value. That said I tried the product and then promptly returned it.

Customers like the coffee quality and customization of the product. They mention it makes a good cup of coffee and has abundant custom settings. However, some customers have reported issues with power loss and WiFi connectivity. Opinions are mixed on functionality, ease of use, and quality.
