Title: Great roaster!
Review: This is great to cook your turkey or roast separately and not heat the whole house with the oven. This is very helpful in freeing up space in the oven for your sides. Easy nonstick surface to clean.

Title: It's bigger than a 6 qt
Review: I use it once there was no instructions for slow I went to Google for help even I put the temperature at 200 and cook it for 2.5 hrs then put the temperature at 325 for 30 minutes the Chuck Roast wasn't tender I'll try again there is cooking instructions but it's for bigger than 5 lbs my was 3.5 lbs from Walmart family size

Title: Love the 8 QT size!
Review: I have had a 16 QT roaster for years and it’s great for large gatherings. But I needed something smaller for anyday use, and this is perfect. Easily roasts a 6 lb. chicken. I’ve see it twice in the week I’ve had it, and it is spot on for cooking. Used one of the recipes that came with it, and cooking time was right on target. Cleaning wasn’t too bad, but I use Dawn Powerwash. When I make my chicken & dressing for Thanksgiving, I’ll use a roaster liner. The only disconcerting thing is, the light goes off when it reaches temperature. At first, I thought it had just shut down, but no, it was still cooking.
