Title: Great for Walkabout as Well as Beat Saber
Review: These VR handle extension grips for the Quest 2 are good for more than Beat Saber. I tested these out on Walkabout Mini Golf, and I added the middle attachment so it would be longer like a golf club. It worked well, but the tracking in the game kept the hand with the controller, making it seem like my arm was super long. The other issue with Walkabout and games like Eleven Table Tennis is that you have to switch to a hand grip to use the buttons on the controller. It annoyed me at first, but I quickly got used to it and then stopped thinking about it at all. I felt like I was getting a better arm workout while playing Beat Saber.I connected all the parts to make one long paddle stick with controllers on both ends (see picture) to use with the kayak in the Phantom: Covert Ops game, but that did not work at all because it messed up the hand tracking in that game. The long handle on just one controller does work for the golfing games.Iâve tried other extension grips, and I like the design on these better because they only need one Velcro strip around the halo, which is better for tracking. I do wish that the Velcro strip was thinner. This design does not block the triggers or buttons. Everything is well made and feels good and balanced in my hands. One side twists opposite to the norm (not lefty loosey/righty tighty), so be careful not to over tighten the caps like I did. I put an 8.5x11â paper under them in the pictures for a size reference; you can see total length is 11 inches.

Title: Missing Velcro Strap
Review: we just received these today and they were missing the Velcro straps to attach the controllers to the handle. Luckily we have tons of zip ties otherwise we wouldnât have been able to use these.

Title: Son says theyâre fun for Beat Saber, but likes them best for Gorilla Tag
Review: I have two kids around middle school aged. The younger of the two, my son, likes these handle extenders for beat saber and many of the other games, but most of all, Gorilla Tag where he says it gives him better lower and higher reach. Heâs able to move a bit faster but in general able to reach better in the game. His friends tend to feel the same, though one doesn't like extenders. My daughter, whoâs about 2 years older and taller doesnât like these handle extenders in general and prefers to play without any extenders. Her friends (girls) feel the same way and take off the extenders. The handle extenders are easy to attach to the controller, if you put the velcro buckle part halfway between the controller and the extender. Then youâre able to really sinch down the Velcro for a strong, wiggle-free attached extender.I attached a picture (hopefully) that shows the buckle position best on the side of the extenders.Once attached, the grips are soft and spongey. But, look-out! These make the entire controller just over 11 inches long. Much easier to hit the wall, people walking by, unsuspecting cats, etc. Each extender does come with a lanyard, which I would agree is best to actually use!The extenders can be attached to themselves and both controllers to create a single long staff just about 28 inches long. My sonâs only ever used that configuration in Beat Saber and says itâs âok funâ but prefers the controllers separated. These extenders come in nicely printed and packed retail packaging making them a fun gift. They do exactly as promised and if you sinch them down tight, they are solid extenders.

Title: Not a quality product
Review: The idea is good, but did not last. Made of a weak plastic. Got about a week out of them, then broke.

Title: Be wary of extra space needed
Review: My husband is addicted to beat saber, loves it, gives him a good workout. So when I saw these up for grabs I had to get them for him. I have never played so based on his review that he gave me he really likes them, the extra hold is really nice, however the strap that is used for your wrists he said are absolutely worthless, you will have to buy or attach better straps to make sure the extended grips do not fly off if you lose hold.He said you do have to keep in mind of the extra space you will need with these extensions, if you do not, you could possibly cause some damage around you because you are not use to the extra length you are swinging around. He has bigger hands so he feels like he can get a better hold as he is swinging away but again, the straps provided do no provide a lot of security so that is one of the biggest flaws he said because he still has to be cautions in his swings, with better straps though he said you could go all out. So far he has used these extensions every night he has played so I would count that as a win and a fun new addition to the famous Beat Saber game.He also was excited that you could connect the two extenders together and almost create a, in his words, "Jedi Beat Saber" feel. He was excited about that bust still prefers the two extenders separate. Would highly recommend for Beat Saber fans, again keep in mind the straps you might need to replace, and the extra space you need to calculate into your play area.
