Title: Effective quickly and good value - A hidden gem
Review: I've been taking this product for years when I have upper gi issues, belly pain, indigestion, and acid reflux. It comes with a small plastic spoon and the product in a powder form. You put the powder in your mouth and flush it down with water and works much faster than similar otc pills or chewable tablets. Even though the main active ingredient is calcium carbonate like other antacid products, there are many other natural ingredients in it that help calm your stomach down that the US brands don't have. I swear by this product and recommend it to anyone with frequent upper gi problems.

Title: Packaging is poor.
Review: Came dented despite a metal canister. Shipping it in a box is better than a envelope especially considering that in the U.S. the employees can be very abusive to the packages (I knew someone that worked in sorting at UPS, but it bad at Amazon and USPS as well).The medicine itself is the best for gas and acid reflux that I have tried so far. Highly recommended.

Title: Perfect for an upset stomach.
Review: I had a friend introduce me to this. And it solved my upset stomach issue wonderfully! Plus it wasn't one of those chalky chew tablets. This soothed the stomach and helped me within 5 minutes of taking it. I couldn't find it at any of the stores local to me, so I purchased here on Amazon. The ingredients are more natural than one of those chalk tablets and I found that this works more quickly against an upset stomach and heartburn. I HIGHLY recommend this and will be purchasing it again when I run out.
