Description:

The SS10P is an all in one solution to give you great sounding bass in your vehicle without taking up a lot of space. This sub enclosure is only 3" thick so that it can easily fit under your seat. The amplifier is built in, so installation and wiring is clean and simple. This is a true all in one subwoofer solution with the subwoofer built into the enclosure along with a top of the line amplifier built in as well.

We added high level inputs so you can install this with an aftermarket or factory system. The high level input allows you to install this even if you have no preamp outputs available.

The smart turn-on circuit will sense that an audio signal is present and turn on the amplifier. When you turn off your music signal the amplifier built into this subwoofer system will automatically turn itself off. Something else we did to make installation quick and easy is we put all the inputs and outputs on one side. This makes wiring neater and easier. Our competitor's models are more challenging to install.

The SS10P has 800 watts of peak power and 200 watts RMS. This has great controls so you can adjust the sound to your liking. It has a level control for the volume, low pass crossover filter, phase control, input sensitivity, and bass boost.

Included is a metal remote bass knob and mounting hardware so you can control the sub volume quickly from your dash. The sound quality of this model is really great. Rockville has been the leader in under-seat subwoofers for years so you can feel confident that this is the best in its class.

Title: Exceeded expectations!
Review: This is under the driver seat of my son's Civic as part of a small amplified system with the 4 auxiliary speakers on a 100-watt 4 channel amplifier (25w/channel) and this thing had to be turned way down so it didn't over-power the rest of the stereo system! The bass response is nice and "tight" and is getting even better as the subwoofer continues to break in. The unit allows you to set the frequency response and gain so tuning it to match your system is simplistic. The remote is mounted on the dash just below the fog-light switch and is another excellent addition as no 2 songs are the same and he is able to adjust the sub accordingly with ease. I've installed several of the Rockville compact subwoofers starting in '19. To date, all still function exactly as they did when new. I have never had a single issue with ANY of their products. For the price these are, that is AMAZING! I can honestly say I recommend these to ANYONE who is looking to add a subwoofer to their system but doesn't have the room or doesn't want to spend the $$$ for a full-sized subwoofer, amplifier, wiring, circuit breaker etc. as you will NOT regret it! I've installed hundreds of amplifiers and over 100 subwoofers. I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality, durability, sound quality etc. Granted, this is never going to rattle windows like a high-powered stand-alone subwoofer can, but it will definitely add the missing bottom end of the music you listen to in your vehicle and sound excellent in doing so! I HIGHLY recommend these! This install brings my usage of these subs up to 20 and every single person who has one is completely satisfied with it. INCREDIBLE value for the money compared to a stand-alone sub with all of the trimmings and best of all this takes up NO usable space like a standalone sub does. Title: Just what I needed
Review: I recently installed four replacement speakers in my 2020 KIA Optima. Unfortunately, the new four co-axial door speakers just didn't deliver any bass. If I EQ'd the bass into the door speakers, then I wasn't able to turn up the volume without severe distortion.So I purchased this 200Wrms 10" Rockville SS10P powered subwoofer to fill the shortage of bass from the door speakers. It fits perfectly under the passenger seat and is able to deliver more bass and punch than I would ever need. I connected the amp using parallel connections with the rear door speakers and the high-level inputs, so that the sub would automatically turn power on.When I initially set up the subwoofer's gain, bass boost and cutoff frequency, I dropped the bass level on the car stereo 3-band EQ down to -6dB to take away the bass frequencies from the door speakers that were not being reproduce. Then I adjusted the cutoff frequency of the sub to 180Hz (all of the way clockwise), added about+6dB of bass boost (center position on the potentiometer) and finally adjusted the gain so that the sub was much louder, without distortion, than the door speakers. The reason for dialing up the gain control, was that the remote attenuator now had the range it needed to allow me to fine tune the sound from the drivers seat.The remote level control is an attenuator that doesn't need to be installed for this subwoofer to function correctly. You can set the levels that you prefer on the subwoofer's amplifier without the remote attenuator connected, but after an hour of listening, making adjustments, sliding the sub back under the passenger seat and repeating over and over... I finally decided that the remote attenuator would make listening adjustments much easier for me. There is enough of a difference in the subwoofer's sound levels when it is under the seat than when it's sitting out on the backseat floor that the remote attenuator made final level adjustments easier when the subwoofer was under the seat. When I finally found the levels I was looking for, then I just hid the remote level control underneath the seat with the subwoofer.

Title: Solid build with a clean tight bass sound
Review: After watching dozens of under seat subwoofer reviews on YouTube, I bought the SS10P for the 10" woofer and compact enclosure size for my 86 x-cab mini-truck. I fit it close to the side wall, so I used 90 degree RCA adapters to connect the sub-out RCA interconnect cables. Worked great.Currently, just playing it at moderate levels with all factory settings for a few hours to break-in the suspension. Will then make adjustments with the woofer cone loosened up.It does add a fair amount of mid bass like kick drums that were missing from my 4 speaker set-up. Will never be a window rattler and that is not what I was looking for. Just wanted fully tight bass and this seems to do well.For $135 it's is a very good buy. I did get the 3 year extended warranty for $23. A lot of posters to the YouTube videos I reviewed said their sub blew-up or just quit working, so for $23 it seemed cheap enough. Especially since it includes the shipping cost to send it back for repair.If it does die, I now have all the cables and wire run so replacing it will be a breeze. For now i do recommend it for what it is.
