Title: item broke, company won't respond to me.
Review: My unit has slowly lost power and light functionality as water has entered the unit and there is noewhere to get in and drain the unit as it is supposed to be water proof. I loved the product for the brief moment I had it and it worked, but now the company is ghosting me.
