Title: Love these pans
Review: This is the best set of pans I have ever owned. I’m not sure how much of the iron benefit we get from them with the ceramic coating, but they are strong, sturdy. I don’t think they will ever warp making them have even cooking throughout the entire pan, they and non-stick which is great. The handle stays cool as the pan heats up. The only thing is, which is expected, is how heavy they are when you are holding them up with one hand, but otherwise I love them. Very high quality for the price.

Title: Solid durable awesome pans.
Review: Have owned these now 5 months. I use them every day because I cook most my food. I give a simple wipe when done and keep a cloth seperating the pans on my stove so minimize any scratching. I have cooked stews, curries, roasts and many other dishes. Food comes out awesome and cleanup is easy. I think these will be lasting a very long time as I appreciate cooking with them and am trying to take care of them.

Title: Love them!
Review: We bought these to replace our ceramic coated stainless (expensive) pans that were no longer non stick. I was a little dubious when I ordered these but after using them I am thrilled by the way they work! These are very good in the non-stick function and they also heat very evenly. The pans are very thin cast iron compared to the old style skillets that I was familiar with, that being said they are still surprisingly heavy compared to our much thicker stainless pans. We cook at low temperature and so far have had no issues with sticking food. I bought the set with the all metal handles rather than the wood ones, thinking about using them in the oven and the handle is the only negative that I have to say about these pans. The metal handles themselves are sturdy but the mid size skillet came with a loose attachment to the pan and there is no way to tighten it since it is riveted onto the pan. Overall I would recommend these pans to anyone and the value is great compared to our (expensive) stainless set.

Review: I was not sure what to expect with this set. Well , the quality is great , so easy to wash. But cooking is so different with these pans. You need very little oil , medium heat & such non stick surface !! These will become your all time favorite skillets , really . Also it does not go unnoticed that they are beautiful with mat black body and gold handles . VERY HAPPY with my skillets.

Review: These are beautifully designed frying pans and if you are careful with them they should serve you well for many years. When used correctly, with a touch of cooking oil, they are very non-stick. They are ready for the next use with a good wipe out or wash - I choose to not wash them in the dishwasher, but you can make your own choice. Considering that they are cast-iron, they are not as heavy as I expected, which makes them easier to use. I store them stacked, with pads between them to avoid scratches and they still look and work like new. I think it is important to follow the use and care instruction if you want to be happy with these frying pans. These are great value and I recommend them to you as a long term investment in the culinary arts. My rating is 4.5 stars due to the need to follow the manufacturers instructions.
