Title: Mine could be defective or not..
Review: I like the design of the cup and I use it ALOT!! Unless mine's defective, it leaks from the top even when content is below the inner (max) line.Rubber suction seal looks okay, but it always leaks from the top. I have to half fill it for a 50% chance of no spill when I wing my arms walking', to avoid stains on clothes before arriving at the office. Otherwise, this is a 5star product.
