Title: Great for American Girl Dolls!
Review: I bought this steamer for an unusual purpose, fixing doll hair, and It works great. I fix up American girl dolls and sometimes the hair needs to be straightened out after cleaning it or to restore it (like curls). The common method was using a brand new flat iron (since natural oils in human hair would ruin the wig and glue) or boil washing. This combines the process and makes it much easier to fix dolls. The steamer is smaller than I thought but filling up to the line I was able to fix two dolls with one tank full. I tried on two different hair types, one straight and one curly. On the straight hair I just gently steamed until I could brush through, the temperature wasn't too hot but enough to give the hair some shine. The curly hair I put in rollers and ran the steamer until the hair was damp enough to let set and cool and could remove the rollers. Both turned out great! If you're fixing up dolls with similar wigs and are worried about burning the doll with a flat iron or yourself trying to boil wash, this is a good alternative. It's easy to set up after reading the directions and filling, warms up nicely, and will dry quickly. The size was also easy to work with, I thought it was going to be bigger and harder to maneuver. Recommended.

Title: Works ok, but steams quickly
Review: It works really well. But compared to my old and cheaper steamer, this one runs out of steam so quickly. For example, I have a buttoned polo (xs women) with thin fabric. I will need to refill it at least 3x before I finish the entire shirt. I don't know if that's normal. But it also heats up quick, so you just wait for a short while.

Title: Good compact size, works really well!
Review: Got this handheld steamer for my daughter’s dorm room and it does the job! If you are steaming a lot of things you will have to refill the water barrel part frequently, but it works very well and was a great price. It’s lightweight and doesn’t spee water all over your clothes when using it. It’s small and compact and does the job! I am thinking about getting one for when I travel because I hate using irons, they scare me so much

Review: It will make your clothes wrinkle free, but with wet spots (a lot of them and very obvious to the unobservant eye).The water boils too quickly.The build quality is not great, too much cheap plastic.Would return and buy better one if i could.

Review: Wow, this travel steamer works great in the UK and the USA. The thing I’ll miss the most about the UK, though, is the 220 volt electrical supply! that makes all the appliances heat up so quickly!This steamer is very lightweight, effective, and heats up super quickly in the UK. Like all my dual voltage appliances, this takes longer to heat up in the USA than in the UK. But that’s not the fault of the appliance. The handle is sturdy when in use but collapses with the press of a button.Yes, the area you can steam with one pass is rather small, but I’ve been doing just one athleisure polo or long sleeve SPF shirt each morning. So my garments have only been thin ones. I don’t know how well this would work on cotton, but I almost never wear cotton garments anymore, so it’s not an issue for me.Of course, because it’s small, you really can only do 1-2 lightweight articles of clothing before you need to refill the water reservoir. To do that, you need to let it cool down (or use a very think oven mitt?) so you can remove the top to get to the reservoir.So if you need to steam more than 2 articles of clothing at a time, or if you’re doing 100% cotton, this may not be the appliance for you.However, this has been working out great for me. I am pretty much just steaming one shirt every morning during my trip.This is also super easy to pack and has not leaked yet that I have noticed. Of course, I have emptied it before putting it in my luggage. I think if you don’t empty it, water would flow out where the steam comes out.I definitely recommend this item!

Title: Perfect for on the go or in your home
Review: I’ve never used a steamer before so I was very nervous to try this on a wedding guest dress. But it was super simple to use, the instructions made it real easy to follow. It heats up fast and holds enough water to do a long formal dress. I love that it’s portable you just need to plug it in so you can take it to go or leave it at home. The quality seems well, I only used it twice but I’m sure it will last a long time.

Title: Annoying and doesn’t work well
Review: This streamer is so annoying. It barely holds any water, doesn’t get wrinkles out, and you have to keep refilling it to finish steaming one shirt. It’s also impossible to clean. When I dump the water out, these weird gelatin chunks always come out. Do not recommend. It’s also huge and too bulky to travel with.

Review: Honestly I was suspicious about this steamer but travelling in summer with a lot of linen articles I really need help. I tried it and it WORKED beautifully. My linen skirts and dresses are back, and I did not feel wrinkled on me. It was almost perfection but we must let the item a short time to settle before wearing it otherwise it will be wrinkle faster. Easy to pack in suitcase and easy to use with any European AC adapter. I am so happy I did try and it was so successful.
