We did a research, found the backwards shipping method and confusing buzzwords were way too much annoying.

Why not ship a mattress in a box? Why not show the inside materials and technological process in an intuitive way through pictures?

Title: Medium to Firm
Review: So far I’m really liking my new full size mattress. That being said. I searched for plush because I didn’t want to sleep on a firm hard mattress. It is NOT plush but is absolutely between medium to firm. I’m 52 5’5” and weigh 157 lbs. If you are taller and heavier I think the mattress would feel much softer. In the end I would buy it again. I do not wake up stiff or sore and am getting very restful sleep.I have also recommended it to a gal friend for her guest room and she ordered it as well.The value for the money is excellent. Quality thus far is excellent. Sleeping temperature is also very nice.Oh it also came expertly packaged and has fluffed up nicely. I have NO ridges or valleys.

Title: The bed is comfy but FIRM
Review: The bed is fine and quite comfortable but if you do not want a firm sleeping experience… Then it is definitely not the one for you. It was very easy to unbox and it expanded nicely. Sheets fit great!

Title: Good Buy/ 6mos
Review: This mattress was packaged well when it arrived and I was able to open it with ease. It came with a little thing to open the plastic without harming the mattress which was nice! It expanded fairly quick and was at 10 inches in a day. The smell did linger for a bit but eventually it went away.As far as comfort, I’d say it’s a good 3.5/10. I am a 5’9” male weighing about 145-150 lbs and it doesn’t sink all that much. My lower back pain has improved significantly and I sleep better throughout the night. I was torn between the 10 inch and 12 inch but got the 10 due this being my first “mattress in a box” purchase. My brother in law is 6’6” and when he laid down on it, it sounded like it was struggling to support, I’d say just go for the 12 inch and spend the extra couple of dollars.All in all, it’s a good mattress and I’m satisfied. My main problem was my lower back and it’s helped tremendously. It’s comfy, not too soft but not too hard in my opinion. I would definitely buy this mattress again and have not been disappointed. Will provide an update a few months from now.Update: I’ve had the mattress for about 6 months. I’m keeping the review the same. It’s held up well. The edges are a little weak as I can’t sit on the edge without sliding off. It definitely helped in a pinch and is still pretty comfy. I’d say I sleep a little on the hotter side on this mattress. I’ll keep it but for a guest room bed because it isn’t bad at all but not my full cup of tea. Thanks for reading!!

Review: The mattress is thick, it really helped with my back pain. It does heat and expand very quickly. so you don’t have to worry about it. Also it does not move or make nosies of friction.

Review: Not the best by any means but for the cost it works well - Not a fan of the edges, they dip if you sit on the edge of the bed, and this was very firm once we set it up, but 2 months later it is much more comfortable. Love that hubby can get in/out of bed and I don't even notice!

Review: Bought this mattress back in Oct 2023, when my dad had to come and stay because he was recovering from an emergency hospital stay…Lo and behold he loved the mattress and the bed frame (was bought separately here on Amazon) enjoyed the cooling double sided bamboo pillows also….Said that it’s the most comfortable nights sleeps he’s had in years… he especially enjoyed that the mattress height and frame height. He said he didn’t feel the need to try and turn every couple of hours to get comfortable because he was…He said it is amazing that this little purchase made such an amazing difference in his recovery… THANK YOU !!!Now everyone else who has stayed by my home has enjoyed this mattress and bed frame and the pillows (bamboo cooling pillows): well everyone that has been here have thoroughly enjoyed appreciated the comfort and style and tell me I should open a B & B and have asked for the links for these items… and I have gladly given it…Best purchases I ever made.Thanks to the company and Amazon… I may still open a B & B…😀😀😀

Great value for the money when you think you could spend like $1000 for a similar type of mattress from other popular name brands. So far so good.

Review: I purchased this mattress for my new home in March 2024. When I first received it, I was surprised at the compact form factor and how thin it was prior to expansion. Once expanded, I found this was initially a comfortable bed, albeit very soft. I knew this would break down and start sinking in shortly after use. As a note, I am a younger person with an average weight - I don’t have any existing concerns with weight which may impact the deterioration of the mattress. Now, about 6 months in the mattress quality is now significantly impacting me, physically.My dislikes of this mattress is that after sleeping on it for 6 MONTHS, it has completely sunken in. This causes me immense discomfort when sleeping and recently has resulted in back pain. The lack of edge support is also an issue as it makes sitting at the edge of the bed or getting out of bed rather difficult. I’ve had such a difficult experience and I really wish there was something I could do other than having to purchase a completely new mattress.Buyer beware when considering Crystli if you are concerned about longevity and durability. If you have existing conditions (I.e. back pain, joint pain) I would recommend you to avoid this entirely!
