Review: This brownie pan was a great little find. It's easy to use & cuts the brownies into perfect squares. I followed the advice of another reviewer and sprayed cooking spray on the dividers prior to cooking, and used parchment paper. My brownies turned out perfectly. I love this pan and would purchase it again.

Title: Not a nonstick pan!
Review: You will need to spray or coat with something! This is not non stick. I tried without a bakers spray because I ran out, and they all stuck with a vengeance. The dividers aren’t sturdy they bend easily so you have to be careful handling/washing. It does clean nicely, especially if you use a bakers spray. Great concept and perfect sized brownies! Just remember to coat your pan

Review: The description states 8x12, but that includes the edges of the pan that are non-usable. The bottom baking surface is actually 6.5x10.5. Cute pan, just not going to hold a full recipe of most things.

Review: Anyone having a recent issue with this awesome brownie pan has either 3 issues.1. You do not know how to bake2. You do not know how to bake3. You don't know how to bakeOkay, spray the pan and the insert.One box of brownies fit nicely in pan.Adjust the temperature because each divider creates heat where traditional pans do not, therefore, brownies will bake quicker.My oven baked perfectly crispy outside and moist inside brownies. Started at 18 mins, checked then added 5 more. Perfect! All overs are different.Also, these are 3-4 bites per brownie, so of you are looking for big ones, understand pan measurements. Makes 18 portions.Most awesome part, make whatever kind you want in each. Not everyone likes the same thing.Price wise, a years use would make me happy. Hand wash and dry folks. No knives needed to separate! I promise this is awesome! 🙂
