Reliable Water Purifier Portable Water Filter

No installation but need to situate the raw water tank on the base correctly, press the water tank until it firmly sits on the base without any gap. There is the sound of the pump running during the water filtration process(about 5 mins each time)cause it needs to press the water into the RO system.

Capacity: Raw water tank:1.2Gal/4.7L | Filtered water tank: 0.4Gal/1.5L. Lifespan of RO filter element: 12 months average, will be different due to different water condition/consumption. Empty wastewater & refill the tank instead of adding water directly when change water for longer filter lifespan.

No worries about water leakage if properly place the raw water tank. How to correctly place the water tank?

Please situate the raw water tank on the base correctly and press the water tank until it sits on the base without any gap

Please do not add hot water above 100°F or other strange fluid to water tank to avoid damage of the raw tank and filter element

Why do I need to flush the filtration system before the first use? And how to do the flushing?

1. To ensure the system gets adequately flushed before use and the taste of water.

2. Please follow the manual/video to flush the system and empty the filtered water until the water in the raw water tank is filtered out 3-5 times.

Why there is E1 on the display while using the water filter? What should I do?

It's 30-minute working time protection. Please unplug the water filter and wait for 5 mins, and refill the water tank to the max level. Plug in again, wait for flush, filter water process until water ready and press Start to try again.

What if the Change Water sign keeps flashing?

1. Please lift the water tank to add water and then reinstall it instead of adding it directly to the tank.

2. Ensure the white float on the side of the raw water tank floats after adding water, if the float does not rise, shake the water tank.

When the water tank need water exchange?

Raw water enters the cartridge through one side, and the remaining water after filtration is the undrinkable wastewater with high TDS that cannot pass the RO layer. When the water level is low, the machine prompts Change Water, then you can exchange.

Title: Great water filtration
Review: We've been having issues with our water: unwanted flavor, murky and slightly brown. I wanted a portable and reliable product to do the job of purifying my water. The Thereye did an outstanding job. Just pour the water in the reservoir, turn the devise on, push the start button, you have pure water that you can even see. I had a gage to measure the purity of the water just to make sure. The particles level in the water before purifying it was around 900-800 parts per million (ppm). Water is really bad here. After purifying the water it was 18-20 ppm.So far, so good but I'll definitely update if we have any issues down the road. If you're thinking about it, just get it! My only regret is that we didn't get it sooner.

Title: It works! Well worth
Review: Compared to unfiltered water, and purified water using this machine, I can definitely taste a major difference in the quality. The purified water taste distinctly much cleaner and there’s less of a metal aftertaste compared to just boiled tap water - which is how I drink my water before investing in this machine. I’m not a fan of buying water bottles because those money add up so in order to find an alternative to that, I found out about purified water machine. It sits on my countertop without taking up much space and is easy to use. The water filter speed is quick and it is easy to use even for a beginner like me who just got started with purifying water. The water tank is also large enough for me to not have to refill water often. With this machine, I am able to drink purified water at a reasonable price at the touch of a fingertip. The initial cost is a lot but in the long term, I am saving a lot of money and it is also beneficial to my health, so I consider this well worth.

Review: Update September 27, 2024 —- DO NOT BUY OR DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS. The water filter broke 2 days ago(have it for only 2 months) and despite 3 emailed to the seller but no response. Contacted Amazon agent to get my refund. Took off 1 star for broken machine, 1 star for each for no email respond. Amazon not allow me to leave no star. Not happy cuz they should have at least respond to my email.Original review --First, delivery was ok but the packaging was bad because the top of the box was busted opened. After I opened it and get it rolling and water tested, I found the following: Noise level when it is running on flushing is 71db filtering water is 64db and dispensing water noise level is 67db. The noise test distance is 6” from the machine. Water TDS testings are followings: My tab water is 87 Poland Spring bottle water is 68 Briter water filtered is 56 and this brand Thereye reverse osmosis system read 6 but its own indicator showed 3TBS. That’s very good as far as I am concerned. The only problem that I don’t like is water wasted (I took off 1 star for this reason). Every time when the system asks to change water. You need to empty 40% of the water from the tank. I was surprised that the TDS waste water reading is 683. It’s lots of water wasted but also it showed the system works and you are getting good clean water. Bottom line is you get approx 2 qtrs of clean water(60%) out of one full tank of tab water. I am not sure how long will this filter last (in gallons). I need ask the seller, also how long of the shelf life of the new filter will hold so that I can get a spare filter.Update: After emailed the seller I found that the water filter is very expensive-$99 and she couldn’t answer my question of the water filter’s shelf life. I decided to wait for the water filter to go dead before I order one.

Title: Liked it so much I bought it twice!
Review: I bought one for my home then loved it so much I bought one for my mom. Looking for little ways to make a big difference in our family's health history. So water is always a concern for not really being filtered properly and now of course the nano particles of plastic and chlorine. Wanted to make sure we all had safe drinking water! But of course you have to replace your minerals so don't forget that when thinking about ordering one but I know you will notice a difference in the taste.

Review: I love this!! Ive had it for 2 weeks now. I’ve been debating what reverse osmosis countertop filtering machine I wanted for weeks now; I was looking for something conventional, stylish, smaller in size and optimal water quality. This was in the perfect price range, looks fabulous, and the water tastes great. I’ve had many compliments on the water taste from the kids and it’s just perfect for our small household. Review: The pipe of the building is old and the water is wired. I had to buy water from supermarket, and the water is heavy. So I decide buy this water filter, very easy to install, just add water to water tank. It works perfect and the water taste good.
