Title: Great for a quick and easy stovetop meal
Review: I have only used this a couple times since we just received it a day ago. The eggs and turkey sausage turned out perfect this morning. No stick, easy cleanup. I like the overall heft and feel of this pan. Not nearly as heavy as our cast iron in this size. Much better than stainless steel for non sticking feature. Made a fast and easy vege stir fry with pre grilled chicken breast for dinner. All cooked well. Lid on for 10 minutes then lid off for 5 minutes. Did not need to heat the oven and the house as typical. Ours arrived neatly packaged with no damage. The knob on the lid needs to be removed and reversed. I think this was for packaging and safe transport. The lid fits and is aligned well with the top edge. Only tool for this is a good Phillips screwdriver. Same for the handle. I followed the instructions and seasoned the pan with a light coating of oil for a 3 minute medium heat conditioning, wiping out excess oil. This replaces a similar but shallow aging non stick pan with a mismatched lid. This pan is so much nicer to use. I hope it proves durable as it is a keeper.

Title: The perfect pan for me!
Review: I'm disabled and had to give up cooking years ago. I can stand for short periods of time and this pan has made cooking possible again for me. Due to my health (Hypothyroidism, IBS, Anxiety, Depression, Diverticulosis, etc.) I've had to change my diet to a complete vegan diet, as well as gluten free, no cruciferous vegetables and a whole host of other limitations. Anyway, with this pan, I'm able to boil water to cook my approved pasta in, drain it, add my diet approved sauces or pesto and/or vegan meat or diced tomatoes and herbs and stew it all together. The possibilities are truly endless in this pan, and it makes everything simple and easy! I can be as creative as I want to be! There are endless 1 pan meals I can make with super easy clean up! For the ease of life and cooking it has given me, if I have to buy one every 6 months, it's so worth it! I see people complaining here and there about the finish coming off and this and that...mine is performing well. If I want one that will last a lifetime, I'll buy a $150.00 pan that's made to last 20 years.

Title: Perfection!
Review: I had all calphalon cookwear and since buyi bc this pan- it has become my go to! It’s deep enough for large sauces and fries really well too! I purchased another more expensive pan from another brand at the same time and haven’t even tried it because I love this one so much. The wooden handle is beautiful too! It’s thick and heavy duty and so much value for money!

Review: Excellent, durable nonstick ceramic style coating (so far). Even heating to the floor of the pan and cooks food beautifully! The handle is firm, fits the hand well and makes using the pan a breeze! The rubber rimmed glass lid is great! The coating that is not so impressive, is the black coating on the outside of the pan, which scratches easily…..only few so far.

Review: This skillet is the best ever. I use it for everything. Very durable, washed with ease. Completely non stick, with a pouring spout on each side, deep dish. Has a glass lid with vent. Love the little temperature "gauge" that turns from red to white when pan is heated. Would definitely buy again if I need to.

Review: It is so nonstick! Everything just slides out and it cleans with a wipe. The only thing wrong is that it is deep, which makes it harder for omelettes and other things that need turning.

Review: Was unsure on this item after reading a couple of reviews and not knowing the brand however it is good and we use it most nights. We rarely use the lid but it sits on the pan properly and the only gap is where the pour point is. The heat indicator is great so you know when the pan is at temperature.The pan surface is not a smooth finish in case that is what you need - it is like a stone pan texture so some things do not lift easily however we purchased this to cook meat not eggs, pancakes, etc.
