Title: Great Models!
Review: I wouldn't necessarily agree that these are the WORLD'S BEST ORIGAMI models, however, they are quite good and enjoyable to complete. The directions are clear and I never felt lost for the next step. I've been folding origami for decades and was able to complete every model in the book with ease. I had the apple sitting on display near my kitchen table and many people thought it was amazing. Images showed up great on my kindle, sometimes words were a little small and annoying, but overall I was very satisfied with my purchase.I'm giving this book 5 stars for being an origami book available for kindle, if it were just a black and white paper book, I might give it only 4. It is hard to compete with a large and beautiful full-color origami book, but i can't fit one of those into the side pocket of my backpack with a little stack of folding paper, so black and white kindle version, you get 5 stars!

Title: A good all-round book
Review: I've had this book for over 2 years now, can't believe I never gave it a review, so here it is. It is one of my favorite origami books, and by now I have around 25 or so, plus numerous downloads from the internet. This is a good no-nonsense book for beginners to advanced, and has helped me advance, though at my age I'll never be an expert! Nick Robinson's book truly has something for everyone, and I refer to it probably once a week just to make something from it or to get help in doing projects from other sources. There is a great variety of origami "types", and inspires you to spread your wings and attempt models from other sources. The diagrams are very clear. I've purchased other books that disappointed me, but this one never did. I'm very happy with it and glad that I purchased it. I really think this book should be part of the library of anyone just starting out in origami, as i was when I bought it, and it continues to be a good resource now that I'm an "origami nut". (Or as my husband says, an origami monster!)

Title: You'll go from a beginner to an advanced folder in no time!
Review: I'm a beginner and after doing a few models from videos and folding instructions on the internet I wanted to better understand what I was doing. This book was an excellent choice. It explains all the different bases and folds and gives you the terminology and symbols to understand instructions from anywhere. Every chapter starts with easy models (difficulty level 1) then gets harder (up to difficulty level 5). It's an instruction manual not a pretty picture book so you might find that disappointing. But since it's easy to find pictures on the internet I found it was no big deal.I suggest getting the paperback format. I bought the kindle version and find the text on the diagrams is hard to read and doesn't adjust with the kindle font size. I may go back and buy a hard copy.

Title: Great Origami guide!
Review: I purchased this book for my daughter, who has artistic talents. I'd given her an Origami kit many years ago, but the instructions were limited. This book goes into nice depth, the first section describing the types of folds and terminology used throughout the book. There are dozens of projects in this book, at all difficulty levels, to keep a person busy for awhile! A good value, and highly recommended!

Title: Not for Kindle.
Review: This is the Kindle edition. It's too difficult to navigate through the various designs. Also, i can't find two of the basic fun designs that kids can do. The flapping bird and the waterbomb. It's probably a good book but not what i wanted and the book should probably not be a canidate for Kindle

Title: A fairly elementary book for beginners
Review: I am not an origami master by any means, but I found this book somewhat disappointing in that the designs were pretty basic, and in my opinion, not particularly attractive or clever. The most useful chapters were the first one on the fundamentals of basic origami folds and the one on folding containers, such as bowls and boxes. I think this book would be fine for children and adults just starting to learn this art.

Review: Excellent book indeed. Really good range of origami, I was a beginner when I started with it and have now made most of them, the diagrams are very good, I know I'll never take this book to the charity shop, my friends and family often get cards with one of the designs stuck to the front now. My favorite is the elephant. The book is all in black and white with no photos of finished pieces which I really like as you only really get to see it once you have made it yourself. Super, recommended.
