Title: It really works
Review: I was really skeptical -seeing all the options I went for the lowest cost just to see. I’m really amazed. I started low and slow. And slowly notched it up. I could really feel my stomach muscles working and sure enough next day was a little sore. But it was a good feeling knowing this thing did the job. I have to say it’s worth the money to give it a try

Title: Product is defective
Review: I missed the return date. The product is cheap material. The pads do not stick. I have several times to apply pressure to make certain there are no bubbles before I remove the cover. The devices for the arms do not work at all!! A waste of my hard-earned money! I wish that I can return this product instead of throwing it away.

Title: It's a "Tens" device
Review: These are Tens units. Tens units are used to relax muscles, not build muscles. In that capacity they work.You will want to get some electrode gel to put on the paddles. The gel gives these devices better contact.

Title: Ab Toner is Weak
Review: The ones for your arms are intense and work great but the ab one is very weak. When I have it on my stomach I have it on the highest intensity level and can barely feel it no matter what setting. The arm bands are different though, they’re intense on the lowest level so I tried it on my stomach to see if it was just me or actually the machine and I can’t go past level 3 of the arm bands in my stomach because it’s so intense. Disappointed since I wanted this for my abs over anything.

Title: Great Product
Review: So far, I like this product. I'm using it now while typing this "review" and feeling its intensity of the level mode. It does stick and hold too. It came already changed. The arm band works great, just can't use both of them when typing, because your muscles are moving your arms. Love it and price!
