Title: Pricey but worth it
Review: Considering this cookbook cost $20 I was initially disappointed when I saw that it’s pretty thin, doesn’t include any pictures, and is just pretty basic. I’ve paid less for nicer quality cookbooks… HOWEVER I think it may be worth it just by the vast amount of recipes in here! And so many creative recipes too, things I’ve never come across anywhere else or even heard of including discard in! The layout is a bit different as mentioned in other reviews but it doesn’t bother me personally. In the beginning there’s also some additional tidbits about sourdough as well. It is also available on Kindle Unlimited so if you have that you can download it for free there
