Title: I LOVE this machine!!
Review: Yes, its expensive. However, I feel its worth every penny. I've made 3-4 coffee drinks daily for myself with it. Based on 3 $6.00 coffee at Starbucks daily this machine pays for itself in about 2 months. The coffee is so good I don't even need sweeteners or syrups. I enjoy my different flavored syrups, but I have forgotten to add it and find I still enjoy the coffee. This is new for me to not need a sweetener. I love the colored touch screen. I like being able to fire up a drink from the app. I really enjoy iced coffee in the warmer months and gave that setting a try. The best home made iced coffee I've ever had (compared to a Keurig and the Ninja). Very happy!

Title: Very impressive
Review: I had a Breville barista express impress that I sold before purchasing this machine. I struggled to make good espresso. Never got crema, would taste awful, I'd go through almost all my coffee trying to get it dialed in(skill issue, not machine issue). This machine spits out very good espresso with one button press. Significantly better quality espresso than Starbucks. The espresso is tasting great and I'm not even at the 20 recommended shots for the break in period. No mess, no effort good coffee. My only complaints is coffee temperature I do not find that high but I don't preheat my cups. I find it the perfect temperature to immediately drink but it doesn't stay that way for very long. My other complaint is the cup warming tray on the top. It'll get slightly warm after the machines been running for 5 hours. I would've paid extra if there was a heating element for the cups.

Title: Would NOT Recommend-Expected Much More than a Drip Coffee Maker for The Price
Review: First, On opening the package and assembling the unit, I noticed the burr grinder knob was in the wrong position; opposite to what was shown in the pamphlet. Nevertheless; I didn't think it would be an issue and figured I could still turn the knob to select how finely ground my beans were. I was wrong. No matter which position I turned the knob to modify the size of the grounds, it did little to change the size of the grounds or change the intensity of the coffee, it all was weak. The unit only poured brewed coffee into my cup for the first 3 seconds and then it filled my cup with a watery brew after that. I made well over 30 attempts to brew a flavorful latte, cappuccino, espresso, and American coffee following the instructions on how to change the grounds size, coffee intensity, quantity, etc. No matter how many changes I made, all of the efforts resulted in the same: a very weak brewed coffee. The only positive I can say about this machine is that the automatic latte creama system worked great and was super convenient. But the subpar brewing system overshadowed that feature. I would NOT recommend this product at all. It does not function anything like it was described and was way too expensive to have it perform so poorly producing weak coffee that tasted exactly the same for every type of coffee selected. My Keurig makes a much better cup of drip coffee than this product. A total waste of $$ and unfortunately, I no longer can return it. I've reached out to De'Longhi customer support. Hopefully they will rectify the situation.Update: DeLonghi would not honor the warranty because they said Wyoming Distributors, who sold me the unit, was not an authorized retailer. I contacted Amazon & they reached out to Wyoming Distributors, who sent me a prepaid shipping label and who fully refunded my purchase.

Title: A Little Complicated, But Terrific
Review: First, this was marked, “Used - Like New.” It had all the parts and manuals, the plastic was still on the screen, and it had obviously never been used. Very pleased.Second, this takes a little getting used to, but it’s worth it, and the coffee and espresso are really good. (I’m no expert.) I would suggest watching lots of YouTube videos, specifically about the Dinamica Plus, especially from DeLonghi and from Tom’s Coffee Corner..I would suggest starting with a freshly-roasted medium roast coffee. I tried a nice light-roast to begin with, and it was not as good to start with as a medium roast.There is a hot water option that is great for making tea. Cleaning is simple, and's the machine will remind you. The machine and the color screen are attractive, which is a plus if it lives in your counter.Third, the Connected version incorporates a Bluetooth-connected app. It adds a lot of functionality to the machine, including the ability to customize drinks and User profiles. The app itself is good, not great, but I would certainly opt for the Connected version again, if I were buying it again. There are not many videos about the app, but a little effort will be worth it. The Bluetooth connection even allows you to wake up the machine from the next room and remotely start to brew a drink. That’s more fun than useful, but, hey, it’s fun.I needed to call DeLonghi tech support to get my iPhone connected to the machine, and they were pleasant to work with. My wife’s iPhone connected immediately.I’m a sucker for milk/coffee drinks, and the Dinamica makes nice frothed milk. Suggestion: if you are going to use chocolate syrup, try pouring it in the empty cup, and choosing Cappuccino Mix, which pours the espresso first. It can mix the syrup and the coffee flavors before the machine adds the foamed milk.Personal opinion: I prefer the Long to the Coffee; they’re very similar drinks, but the Long has a smoother coffee flavor.Summary: I am extremely pleased with this purchase. My wife looks at me like, “That’s nice, dear.”

Review: Bought a Philips 5500 to replace a 15 year old automatic thinking it would be similar quality espresso shots. Not even close. Tried different settings and gave it time (several dozen shots) but the Philips still ended up yielding a poor quality, watery espresso.Returned the Philips and bought the delonghi dinamica plus. Night and day. Espresso has perfect crema and intensity right out of the box. Interface and build more svelte as well. Better customization of drinks.Worth the extra dollars. The Philips does have an easier-to-use/clean milk frother but foam quality not as good as delonghi.

Review: All you need is a little patience and this machine will satisfy your coffee cravings, easy to set up, just remember before turning it on take care of the water process, to get the ideal reading of the hardest or softness of your water, use the filter as directed. Fill to maximum so that for the first time to power your machine, it will heat and do an initial rinse. This power on of heating and rinsing happens every time you power it on and off.Select a bean that suits your taste, the strength of coffee can be adjusted, but keep in mind that the ground setting is paramount to experiment with.Trails and testing every morning is all the fun if you haven't done every sort of coffee available.I suggest double wall cups for different coffees. You'll find sets or individual pairs anywhere, deals here on Amazon are good value, and you may wish to add it to your cart as you order the machine.All in all, yes pricy, but to be honest it's the simplest and satisfying machine that my previous La Specialista manual coffee machine - both fantastic! Review: La cafetera viene con un liquido para descalcificar el sistema y venía abierto y todo el liquido corrisivo derramado. Adicional la aplicación por la cual compré la cafetera y es la razón por la cual es mas cara que otros modelos ,no se puede descargar y no funciona.
