Review: Otaku John here, to review a CD I truly enjoy listening to: ICE CUBE: Greatest Hits. When it comes to rap, there's nothing like Old School, and no one does it better than the two Ice-Men: Ice-T and Ice Cube. Because Ice Cube has become such a multi-media super-star and made such a vast variety of films, playing everything from a gang-banger to a comedic father figure, people tend to forget the roots of Ice Cube's success which is rapping hard-core rhymes about his experiences growing up in the CPT, where life was hard, and reality was REAL. This greatest hits compilation does a great job of taking the fans back to the roots of it all, and encompasses a great variety of music from one of the most talented rappers to ever pick up the mike. I highly recommend this for anyone who likes West Coast rap, gangsta rap, or just good music.

SO THATS MY REASON FOR THE 4 STARS.. HAD IT HAD ALL CLASSICS I'D DEFINITELY GIVE IT THE 5 STARS I BELIEVE IT WOULD DESERVE!! BESIDES THAT, CUBE IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE ONE OF THE WEST COASTS BEST!!
