Title: Inauthentic Recipe
Review: I purchased the Kindle version of this book and went straight to the recipe for Jambalaya which is probably the "National" dish of Acadia. I am Cajun and lived in and around New Orleans for over 25 years and no one I know would serve the Jambalaya recipe in this book. I don't know if the author has ever even had a true Jambalaya. First off it suggests that you serve Jambalaya with rice. It's already a rice dish. Maybe that part was just bad editing, but I quickly returned the Kindle book for a refund for this one inauthentic recipe.
