Review: Worked right out of box (comes with battery). Got the red which I really like. Registers temperature immediately and I can see the readout without glasses. Just unfold probe and measure temp; fold probe for automatic shutoff. So easy to use. So glad I purchased.

Title: Accurate reading
Review: I received the first item, unfortunately it was used and I returned. The 2nd replacement I tried seems accurate reading. I tried it on grilled chicken it turned perfect. I will try it again this coming Thanksgiving. Hopefully it will be the same. The good part on it is the back light is useful for people who has problem with vision. Yes I recommend this product.
