Legendary Pictures' Krampus, a darkly festive tale of a yuletide ghoul, reveals an irreverently twisted side to the holiday. When his dysfunctional family clashes over the holidays, young Max (Emjay Anthony) is disillusioned and turns his back on Christmas. Little does he know, this lack of festive spirit has unleashed the wrath of Krampus: a demonic force of ancient evil intent on punishing non-believers. All hell breaks loose as beloved holiday icons take on a monstrous life of their own, laying siege to the fractured family's home and forcing them to fight for each other if they hope to survive.

Review: Who knew that there could be comedy, horror and holiday cheer all in one movie! I watch this every December, at least once it twice.

Title: Horror meets Christmas
Review: We love the movie because we are avid horror fans but still hits you in your Christmas feels. Humorous and entertaining, definitely a peppermint twist on a Christmas movie.

Title: Alright, let's dive headfirst into this festive dumpster fire!
Review: Krampus is like if Christmas had a wild night out with Halloween, and frankly, it’s about time someone threw a little bit of shade on the most “wonderful” time of the year. I mean, come on, we all love a good holiday story, but how many times can we watch someone save Christmas with the power of love and hope? Yawn.Instead, we've got the Engel family serving up more drama than your Uncle Bob after his third eggnog. And Max, bless his cotton socks, tries to keep the Christmas spirit alive, but ends up summoning a horned nightmare. Classic holiday slip-up!The visuals? Absolutely bonkers. Think of it as a twisted advent calendar where every day brings out a new monstrosity. From gingerbread men who've had too much sugar and have gone rogue, to toys you'd definitely not want under your tree, Krampus gives us a fresh take on festive frights. What really had me in stitches, though, was the film’s deliciously dark humor. It’s like they took every family's worst Christmas dinner, sprinkled in some demonic shenanigans, and served it up on a plate of pure comedic gold. The blend of horror and humor is so seamless; it’s like they frosted a gingerbread man with tears of laughter... and a dash of terror. But let's not forget Omi, the grandma who steals the show. With her tales of past Krampus encounters, she’s like that one relative who's got a wild story for every occasion. Seriously, a spin-off about Omi's younger days might just be the holiday special we all need.In the end, Krampus is a wildly entertaining romp that turns the holiday spirit on its horned head. It's a reminder that while Christmas might be about joy and giving, there's no harm in having a little devilish fun on the side. If you’re tired of the same old sugar-coated holiday tales and want to laugh till eggnog comes out of your nose, this is the festive frolic for you!

Review: This is definitely one of the best Christmas movies to come out in the last decade, and also one of the most memorable and fun. The monsters are silly and scary all at the same time, the acting and cast is decent, and there's also a very cool animated narrative about halfway through the film that is both beautiful and something you'll remember long after the movie is over. I truly believe this film will be considered a Christmas classic in the very near future. 5 stars for me!

Review: À la découverte de krampus. Film moyen, mais sympa à voir en période de Noël. Pas d'effets spéciaux avec la technologie d'aujourd'hui, dommage, car ce film aurait été génial.
