Title: I can't believe it but this thing works!
Review: I bought this with zero expectations. I had a glass canister that had like 3 cups of brown sugar that was hard as a rock. I was under the impression that this item would only work if you placed it with fresh brown sugar. So I figured if it didn't work then I'd just toss out the hard brown sugar I had and use it from the get go with some fresh brown sugar. Wow. I'm really impressed with this thing! I even stirred the brown sugar after it softened, thinking it had only softened the first inch or so. Nope, it softened ALL of it. Amazing product!

Title: Great for softening cookies
Review: This is the 2nd one of these I ordered. I use the first one in my brown sugar to keep it the right texture. I have a cookie recipe that tastes great, but the are not soft (my uncle calls them dunkers). I get this damp and leave it in the cookie jar and they become the perfect texture. I would definitely recommend this item.
