Title: Awesome best friends to lovers rom-com
Review: Lauren Blakely is one of the best at writing rom-com and this book is one of my favorites!Nolan McKay and Emerson Alva are best friends. They have always had each other backs. Together they run a small on-line restaurant review show. They play well off of each other while doing their show. They may even add a little sexual innuendo, but it is always very entertaining. Lately though both Nolan and Emerson have been seeing the other in a different light. When their on-line review show gets accepted for a chance to win being on a show with a bigger audience, Nolan and Emerson decide to go for it. They end up pairing up with two older women, Dot and Bette and the real fun begins. Of course spending all that time with together, staying in the same hotel room makes for even more fun. These two cannot deny their chemistry and they finally give in for only one night of fun. Yeah, no one can stop at just one! They are both at a crossroad of wanting to be together and not wanting to ruin their best friendship. After a lot of soul searching, true love win out and Nolan and Emerson finally get their happy ever after!I really loved this fun, best friends to lovers rom-com. Nolan and Emerson were so fun together. They had some things they needed to work through but they realized that the foundation they already had was just what they needed to find their happy ending. I also really enjoyed their chemistry....sizzling!

Title: Good Book
Review: This was a really sweet and fun Romcom. Emerson and Nolan have been friends for a very long time. They were friends in college and stayed friends after that.They are also now cohosts on their YouTube series that’s all about food tasting and rating. They both want to really make it and maybe even get a show of their own someday but they're not there yet.They both have so many things that they really need to work out for them and it all depends on their YouTube channel being successful.And secretly they are both insanely attracted to one another but too afraid to tell the other or even if they did, what would happen if something went wrong and they could no longer do the show.The show that they need to be successful to take them to the places they need to go.But you know what they say about Vegas, unfortunately what happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas.Nolan was sweet and funny and so determined to make it on his own. Emerson was funny and sassy.As much as these two wanted to stay away from each other they just can't no matter how hard they try. It's just too much chemistry and feelings to put aside.I loved these two together they were so good and the chemistry was there. They were great on camera too, which made their show really good. And their witty banter was adorable.I was rooting for Nolan and Emerson from the beginning! I just wanted them to do it already, they were already so flirty.I would definitely recommend this, if your looking for a romcom, with likeable characters and witty banter then this is the one for you.

Review: Emerson and Nolan end up on a trip to Vegas where they shared an unforgettable kiss in the past. They wind up in the same place where this kiss occurred, but this time, they sending up sharing one incredible night that changes everything between them. They have an amazing friendship and have so much fun working on their show and spending time together, all while hiding their true feelings from each other plus some secrets. After this amazing night, they don’t know how to act anymore. Both struggling with their pasts, of what might come and what that means to the both of them. This is a classic Lauren Blakely book with so much swoony romance and smokin hot, well, smokin hot everything but all but also such tender moments that literally made me cry. Just thinking about the scenes where Nolan tells her everything he feels when they meet for their date and when Emerson confessed her reasons for being afraid to fall in love is making me cry all over again as I'm writing this. Those scenes performed beautifully in audio by Julia Whalen.Julia Whelan and Jason Clarke were made to be Emerson and Nolan. I just fell in love with the characters and their story.

Title: it was just ok…
Review: I usually have to binge both the audio and kindle- go back and forth between the two . This one was both a struggle to listen to and read. Maybe it was their relationship to each other and their job. Not sure. But I speed through the last 10 chapters just so I could finish it. Not sure I’ll do audible on the remaining in the series….

Title: A Fantastic Read
Review: What’s not to love when two best friends become more especially if they are Nolan & Emerson.Emerson is a woman that always wants to make other people happy if it comes to family friends and even her Podcast audience it’s just who she is, but the one person who makes her happy is her best friend and cohost Nolan.Nolan is a man who is trying to right some wrongs from the past but when it comes to Emerson he doesn’t think he is worthy but your heart wants who it wants.The banter between these two incredible characters has you laughing out loud at times but they also make you swoon with how they see the other.Lauren Blakely once again gives us a couple that you can’t help fall in love with and when you see the words The End you close their story with a smile on your face.

Geheimnisse werden immer wieder angedeutet, dann erzählt und gut is... Ich wundere mich: Hat die Autorin dieses Buch in großer Eile verfasst? Hatte sie keine Zeit? - Ich empfehle ihre alten ROmane; die sind um Längen besser!
