Title: Best solution by far for older or basic top-loading washing machines
Review: It's a simple device that works flawlessly due to physics and careful material choice and design. There's no better way to use liquid fabric softener in a top-loading washing machine that doesn't have a built-in fabric-softener dispenser. It's probably a better answer than a lot of the built-in dispensers, too.If you like to use fabric softener, or you have clothes that require it (like Thorlo socks), and you have a top-loading washing machine, you should grab a Downy Ball. It seems like they're discontinued, for some insane reason, so grab one while you can! They do eventually wear out...
