Review: First off, Ann Clark customer service is fantastic. Our first cutter arrived slightly bent out of shape due to Amazon packaging. The cutter was easy enough to reshape, but I did leave feedback regarding the packaging. Ann Clark reached out to me the next day and sent a replacement unprompted. The new cutter arrived as described.The cutter itself is as described, and cuts recognizable football shapes. We used it for cookies, mini pies and brownies for our playoff party. We had several compliments on each. The pies especially turned out well and were perfect hand sized mini pies.Overall durability: thus cutter will hold up for the tasks it is designed to do, but note that you will want to be careful where you store the cutter as it can be easily bent.Overall 5 stars. Good design, recognizable shape, comfortable size, great customer service.

Review: Not viewable in the product photo is a seam where the cutter was snapped together--it does not make the cookie cutter look like a football. It creates a bump so football shape is not correct.
