Title: This really helps me focus
Review: I have a busy brain and when I have attempted meditation in the past I have no idea if I am "doing it right" or making progress. The vibrations in Core give me one thing to focus on and the immediate feedback is a real plusI have only one complaint: I wish the charging connector was in the device, not the flimsy stand. I see that stand as an impediment to taking it when I travel and unnecessary to the design. (Example: I have the hypersphere massager which is identical in size and it charges directly on the device. Another software related thing: it would be great if this connected with some of the other health apps.

Title: Amazing for people who have trouble concentrating while meditating.
Review: Core is an amazing gadget! I have only been meditating for half a year, and have been using core for about 2 months. I have adhd so meditation can be difficult. Core helps improve concentration by using vibrations to mimic breathing techniques, this helps me bring my attention back to my breathing and calms me down, improving my meditation session.The app itself is one of the best I have tried. There are tons of good sessions to try out and help you with whatever you’re feeling.The only downside of the app is that you can’t choose all of the classes when you are using device free mode.

Title: Love this product the customer service is the problem
Review: I Love the core meditation trainer. It motivates you to meditate like Fitbit motivates you to walk. Since I bought this I have bought 4 others as gifts and 3 other people bought them once they tried mine. I am writing this review in hopes that it will be seen by the company so they can address the customer service issue. I have had this under a year and it did stop working. It reads the meditation, but the vibration isn’t working. I tried all the recommended trouble shooting and attempted to reach out 4 times. I hope this gets fixed because the product is great. I will be purchasing another one, but really it should have been getting replaced since it’s inside the warranty period. All this being said I still recommend buying it if you have any interest in meditating.

Title: Great product; frustrating support
Review: Updated to 4 stars from my original 1 star review below after Hyperice fixed a bug in their app that allowed me to pair it to my phone. I really like the device - it is helping me focus in meditation practice better than anything I have tried. I hope to use it for many years.Original review:I really wanted this device to support a meditation practice, however I could not get it to pair and got no support from Hyperice (and minimal communcation) after 2 weeks beyond telling me to reset the device and offering a replacement (which would not pair either).For the technically minded:- Samsung S9+ running Android 10- I was able to pair "Core⚓ XXXX", "XXXXX", and "net" through the Bluetooth interface at various times. None of this satisfies the app, however.- I cleared the app's cache and data- I cleared the phone's Bluetooth cache- I unpaired all other Bluetooth devices from my phone- I reset my network settings- I factory reset my phoneI was able to successfully pair the Core to my husband's Galaxy S10+. This review reflects the customer support experience, and is a warning for other S9/9+ owners; I was not able to really evaluate the Core experience.

Title: The Game Changer America Needs
Review: I am a personal trainer, and I’ve noticed recently how integral a meditation practice is for overall health and well being.Core by Hyperice is by far the best meditation guide anyone can use. I tried them all. Could never establish a daily practice, until Core came into my life. Meditation is no longer a chore, but something I actually look forward to. I’ve been meditating 4 months straight and it’s helped get through a lot of trauma I had to deal with this year.I use the device with several of my clients already, and they all love it, some even purchased it for themselves. I wish I could give this 10 stars out of five, when you factor how important staying in the present moment is.As for the negative reviews about having a faulty device, I too experienced this. But it was extremely easy to get a new one., especially through Amazon. It perplexes me that anyone would write a negative review for something so simple to fix.Aside from actually going to a yoga/meditation class, this is by far the best meditation outlet on the market, backed by a revolutionary minded company in Hyperice.$220 is absolute nothing when you factor the life changing experience you’ll receive from this device. Highly recommend this for every human!

Title: Cool concept! Really enjoying the meditations!
Review: Ok. Update. Now 4 stars instead of 3. Device today is working. I will be past one month return window soon. Hope this won’t happen again. The meditations are really enjoyable.—-Have been enjoying using the meditations and the stats monitoring my progress but in less than a month the app can’t connect to core device. First it couldn’t find core in proximity to let me use the meditations device-free, so I said maybe it’s a temporary glitch... But in the following couple days, I couldn’t use core at all even for meditations. Reinstalled the app, rebooted the device, charged it. Nothing worked! It’s a bummer but Have to return because it’s not easy to get in touch with customer service
