Review: I have used a nasal rinse squeeze bottle and I was still having a problem with allergies and sinus congestion and infections so I decided to invest in this system. It is a bit more expensive and setup/cleaning is more detailed but not difficult, however the difference in the clean feeling and removal of allergens is amazing.

Title: I am unable to open the containers or set up to use. Too difficult.
Review: I am 89 years old and have been unable to open the containers (too hard to open). I will need someone to set this up for me and let me see if I can do it. It may be too hard for me to open at all. If I am unable to use it (after I get someone to help me) I hope that you will allow me to return.
