Title: Could not be happier with my Hathaspace
Review: Absolutely works to clean up the air quality in our 1600 sqft 3 bd 2 ba Florida home. It’s super quiet. So much so that you second guess if it’s still pushing air. I added a video with sound to give you an idea of how quiet it really is. With it on the low setting, air is still being driven at a good clip but you can’t hear it. If you stand above it the fan is blowing strong but it’s still silent. Medium speed you can hear air movement of sorts. On high you can hear it whispering low. So low that if your sitting on the couch next to it the sounds of the TV are never challenged. As for it creating better air quality, I can assure you it does. After the first 24 hours it was night and day in my home. Since turning this unit on 4 weeks back my nightly routine of allergy medication has gone to the wayside. All of our allergy eye issues along with mild respiratory issues are now gone. The air feels lighter and any of the Cat odors have left the building. I can’t stand the subtle odor of a cat and I’ve complained to the wife and kids for years about it since I’m rather over sensitive to smells of animals I’ve never wanted. But I can honestly say now with this Hathaspace Purifier when I return home after being gone all day the air smells and feels fresh. I’ve never been a fan of a home that hints of the smell of pets but the things you’ll live with to make your children happy. Right? Well now this machine has taken the hint of cat odor out of the equation.Visitors to our home have also purchased one of these and they love it. The instructions say to change filters every 4 months and the backup filters were only $30 so that’s not that much of an issue. I’ll probably switch out mine every 2 months since we have the cat. But that’s just me.If your on the fence deciding which one to purchase I can assure you this one works awesomely and it was half the price. Like I said, we have 3 bd 2 bath one level Florida home and it cleans the air for our whole house perfectly.I do recommend for anyone with seasonal allergies that can get trapped inside the home or with anyone who has a pet they prefer not to notice through their nose and lungs.

Title: Air Purifier - Terrific Buy
Review: This little air purifier is awesome. It's slim, space saving design is modern and sleek. It's completely silent when on it's lowest mode, and not obnoxious when it's on high. I work in an industrial manufacturing plant, and I noticed a difference in the air quality in my office by the end of the first day.My family has several air purifiers at home, but none this good.I recommend watching several of the YouTube reviews on this product before purchasing. It will vanquish any of your doubts and convince you that it's well worth the price.

Title: Doesn't work...Update: figured out WHY it didn't work, a sort of user error
Review: I'm a smoker. The last air purifier that I bought cleared the smoke completely from my 144 sq. ft room in about 15 minutes. I chose this one to replace it because the other brand's filters have gone from $60 per filter to $90 per filter in the last year. This one costs a bit more than the other brand does. It WILL clear the smoke from my room in about 8 hours but only if my fan is also running. However, it did work okay the first day, it's really quiet, and it does help with the smell from the smoke and my dog.UPDATE: I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because after I received a refund from this company without any trouble, I bought another brand of air purifier and realized then WHY I had a problem with the Hathaspace air purifier. I thought this might help the company and future customers.The problem wasn't the appliance. When I had the air purifier before this one, we adopted 3 new pets and that air purifier gave up the ghost. I thought it was due to the age of that one, appliances are no longer built to last (on purpose) and I'd had it 2 years.Then I did a lot of research and settled on the Hathaspace. The Hathaspace worked really well for the first day but was useless thereafter. So I thought there was a design defect or something. The real issue is that the increased animals meant feathers, a lot more fur and dander/dust. It took less than 24 hours for the filter to become completely clogged and no air could get through and so the bad air quality didn't register and it didn't kick in to the higher speed. I had the exact same issue with my current air purifier but it took longer to clog because the Hathaspace had already done a fairly thorough cleaning. It took me a bit of problem solving to figure out the problem. Now that I know.... if you have an issue with the machine working great soon after you get it and then rapidly stopping cleaning your air, check your filter. If you can see the dust and fur/feathers, vacuum the filter with a handvac and that'll fix it right up. I recommend vacuuming the pre-filter once per week in between filter changes.I apologize to the company for not figuring out the problem sooner and leaving a poor review through no fault of their own. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it really did take longer than my previous air purifier to filter the air. But I do want to say that the quietness of this product was fantastic and when my current machine, which also struggles a bit with circulating the air, goes out...if the company doesn't raise the price beyond the $200 price point, I would definitely purchase it again.

Review: We ordered the item in october and got it delivered to abu dhabi but as we live in bahrain we didnt receive the product until yesterdayWe opened the box remove the filters plastic and we tried to plug in bug unfortunately it is not working we tried on multiple connection points still it is not respondingCan we know what can be done in this matter we purchased this for almost 1500 Aed and now it is not in use

Review: I'll start off with my only issue. There definitely needs to be a 4th fan speed. The high level isn't as high/fast as I'd like, especially compared to other brands. I would love to try the new HSP002 model, but unfortunately I cannot afford it. I'm thinking its exactly what I'm looking for, especially in my large basement where our rescue kitties spend most of their time.So on to all the good points.I will be using this unit in my bedroom FYI.#1. The unit came fast once it finally shipped from Amazon. No issues crossing the border. It actually came 2 days early. I ordered extra filters as well which should do me for 10 to 12 months.#2. Setup is a breeze (zing). Take the unit out of the box, remove the protective plastic film from the unit. Pop the front off. Take out the filters and remove them from the sealed bags. Pop them back in (tabs facing out). Plug the unit in and away you go!#3. The unit appears to be decently made. Design. Fit. Finish. All good. I like the led display and it even came with a remote, which I wasn't expecting actually. All the filters appear to be nice quality as well. Although I wish the unit came with HEPA 13 filters, these are still great.#4. The ionizer works well. I won't actually use it often however as I am unsure how it affects pets. It's not just this brand, it's any brand. I haven't done enough research on the pros and cons of it. I'm sure it's safe but I cannot be sure as of right now. I plan on looking into it. The unit functions fine with it on or off so not a big deal.#5. Customer service. This company has great customer service. They answered all my questions. They were quick and courteous. No issues there.I will of course update my review as the months go by and I can't actually visualize how dirty the filters are. I've used many brands over the years and this is my first hathaspace unit so I'm happy to own one and try it out!I'd definitely recommend this unit. Review: We have a parrot and were concerned about the amount of dust in the home. We bought two hathaspace air purifiers. One for downstairs and one for the bedroom. We are very happy with them and can tell a big difference in the air. It appears to be fresh and clean. We use the remote control which is easy to use. The noise level is low and you can hardly hear it. We have the bedroom one on sleep mode at night which is really quiet. The filters come off very easily so will be easy to clean.

Review: Sadly this comes with an American plug as standard and you need a convertor if outride USA. Very disappointing. Sounded like an excellent product but incompatible with where we live. Customer service quick to pick up the return. Still yet to be refunded.
