If the author moves forward to a second edition, referential photographs would be a nice addition (as another reviewer suggested) and some references to other sources of information to allow readings opportunities to gain more knowledge from superfoods and juicing. As a source for juicing, especially for beginners, this is a great place to start and will contribute to the users health for sure.

This book does an excellent job explaining what to put in and what health benefits different ingredients have. The book even explains what to do with the leftover pulp. I highly recommend this book. For a “future book” I would recommend something geared for low carbs or at least showing the breakdown showing how juices fair with regards to carbs…. for us carb watching juicers.

In addition, the measurement conversions helped me a lot to prepare my first smoothy.I love it!
