The sequel to the 1978 hit movie, GREASE 2 is set in the early 1960s when a new British student, Michael Carrington (Caulfield), rides into town and joins the ranks at Rydell High. A book nerd who immediately falls for the blonde bombshell leader of the Pink Ladies, Stephanie Zinone (Pfeiffer), Michael finds himself smitten, but out of his element. Knowing that the Pink Ladies are the hippest clique of chicks at Rydell, who only date their equals in coolness - the T-Birds, Michael sets out to turn from a geek to a greaser to see if he can win the gorgeous Stephanies heart.

Title: Can confirm, this one is a steelbook
Review: My wife wanted this movie. Wasnât on streaming. Iâm a physical media guy. I checked and it was cheap on blu and advertised a steelbook, which I love. Other Amazon listings say steelbook, but show up slipcase. My wife loved the steelbook.

Title: Great transfer
Review: I adore this movie. I actually am in a small community that argue we enjoy Grease 2 better than the 1st Grease. Nothing worng with the 1st movie but this one feels more adult. not sophisticated of course. Just feels more fun. Plus Michelle Pfeifer is gorgeous and well Maxwell Caulfield is as good looking as good looking dudes can get. T-Birds forever.

Title: MY tween love story!
Review: When this movie came out, I was 12, and it became an instant sensation with me and my friends. We went to the theater over and over again, knew all the songs by heart and performed them for anyone we could get to stop for long enough. I swear, Cool Rider was my dating theme song all through my adolescence (much to my detriment sometimes, I think LOL). I bought this on DVD pretty much the moment it was released, and my best friend from that time and I both squealed on the phone to each other for about an hour... before we started singing. It may not be a "great film" in the academic or critical sense, but it's one of the great films of my heart. I only wish it were popular enough to get a "deluxe" edition with some cut scenes or commentary. I'd snap that one up in a moment as well. Our older sisters and brothers had their Grease, but this was OURS. I still want Stephanie's jacket.Grease 2 4eva!

Title: My Wait is Over 🙂
Review: Iâve been waiting for Grease 2 to get the treatment it deserves for a long time! Now I finally got it on (a legit) Blu-ray!! Great picture and audio quality. Wouldâve been nice to have some bonus features included considering this is an anniversary edition release, but overall Iâm satisfied.

Review: Grease 2 se estrenaba en 1982 , 4 años después la exitosa primera parte , con nuevos protagonistas : Maxwell Caulfield y Michelle Pfeiffer , además de un elenco renovado casi por completo a excepción de varios personajes secundarios que regresan.La historia se sitúa 2 años después de la original (dentro de la historia ficticia) , donde un nuevo romance tendrá lugar entre Stephanie (miembro de las damas rosas) y Michael , un nuevo alumno que resulta ser primo de Sandy ,de la primera parte.Stephanie ignora por completo a Michael, quien intenta de todas formas conquistarla recurriendo una táctica de lo más original.Un interesante cambio de roles entre el tÃmido santurron y la gamberra espabilada.Las canciones y los números musicales son originales , aunque no tan explosivos como los de la primera, pero aún asà se dejan ver.Las interpretaciones son bastante buenas y los personajes son bastante interesantes, aunque cierto es que si nos ponemos a analizar con frialdad la temática de la pelicula , es exactamente igual que la de la primera , sólo que con otras caras.Aún asà se puede decir que es una pelÃcula tierna y entretenida , que merecÃa algo más de lo que obtuvo aunque personalmente me quedo con la primera , pero aún asà no le quitó el mérito a esta segunda parte.Recomendable.Puntuación : 8.5/10
