Title: Powerful flush clears the bowl great replacement for older toilets.
Review: Like the powerful flush , really clears the bowl. Old toilet was higher water use and swirled slowly. One week old but happy.Bad news is the bowl was broken on arrival. Customer service was above and beyond very pleased with them. Replacement came in three days. Plumber came and installed it. Hooked up the water then filled the tank. The tank had a hairline crack not visible to the eye, small droplets formed and it dripped because it was cracked. Again customer service was excellent , replacement came in three days. So I ended up with a spare parts kit, like the flapper, flush mechanism , all the hardware . I saved $120 over home depot cost which direct ships and could have had the same problems. Each plumber install was $180. As a senior citizen I couldn’t pick up the delivery . Scooted the box inside . Very heavy which is good. Noisier than most flush toilets. I had two 40 year old high gallons per flush toilets which had to be double flushed and plunged a lot to clear stoppages . I put in an american standard which clears the bowl well but has plugged and needed the plunger once. Toto is better with bigger deposits and no stoppages. Both toilets avoid concern of poor bowl clearing and guest embarrassment. I should have replaced them 5 years ago when the problems started. Best customer service ever!!!!!

Title: Great Toilet and Great Service
Review: I ordered two toilets and the they work great. Tornado flush really helps keep the bowl clean and moving ‘everything’ through. The only complaint I have is that the left nut that seals the tank to the base is really difficult to get to and it makes it very hard to hold it with a wrench while tightening from the underside. I still have a really minor leak and am looking for a tool to access it better.One of the tanks came damaged and home esssentials sent out a new one the next day. I was shocked at how fast they responded and got me a new one! Customer service was spot on.

Title: Stays Clean and Doesn't Clog
Review: Let's be honest. A toilet is a toilet. Unless there is a major malfunction, they are all kind of the same. That being said, this is less likely to clog than most and it stays clean longer than average. It is reasonable aesthetic as well. You can't go wrong here.

Title: Toilet arrived in about 10 pieces, Awful packing protection for toilet
Review: Toto's packing method leaves lots to be desired. My toilet arrived in at least 10 pieces. The boxes they ship their product in are thin cardboard. They put the toilet in a thin cardboard box and then put it inside another thin cardboard box. The only cushioning protection are large curled pieces of packing paper that have been twisted to give it more bulk. I called Toto today at 3:50 pm Central time and got a message that customer service hours were until 5:30 pm Eastern standard time. A recording informed me that informed I had to call during business hours for customer service. I want my money back and Toto to arrange for Pickup of the broken toliet from my house and Toto should pay for the return shipping.

Title: "flapper sucks"
Review: latterly the powerful flush on this toilet pulls the flapper valve apart after just a few flushes, access is easy and after digging the 1 to 2 parts out of the toilet tank its easy to resemble and put back in place, 30 seconds or so. So I determined I needed a new flapper unit, well it was difficult to find the correct part, and am not sure I want another engineered so poorly. My solution after several hours lookng for new parts, was to take some "Show GOO" and just glue the part on that holds the flapper gasket in place, this Click to install system is easy but a rather STUPID design. The toilet overall works great, flushes better and stays cleaner as advertised, just shocked they would include such a simple and inferior part in their system. Highly recommend if they reengineer this part if not get your self some shoe goo.

Review: Shipped in two boxes. Assembly similar as other toilets. Flushes GREAT!!!!!You will need to supply the wax ring. I surmise that they can not be included if the boxes are going to be sitting on someone's driveway in 100 degree temps. I was satisfied enough to purchase a second.

Review: We have a 2 story home and constantly had to call plumber to snake drains up to down. Purchased Vevor drain cleaner machine which was best investment ever along with Toto tornado toilet to replace American standard and problems solved!! Should have done this years ago! Excellent service from Amazon ! Happy wife. Happy life lol
