Title: An Awesome Intro the Mediterranean Diet
Review: The Mediterranean Diet is one of the trendiest eating plans out there and this book provides a great intro to the subject. The book opens with a comprehensive look at what the diet entails and the basics in terms of an overall eating plan. The book then gets to the recipes themselves. For each meal there is an ingredient list, instructions, info on the amount of calories and servings you get and a color photo. Overall, the recipes are easy to follow although I wish they hadn't tried to condense so much space placing two full meals on each page. Still there is a great selection of healthy and delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options. The book also comes with a downloadable bonus of a 30 day meal plan and shopping list resources. If you are looking to try the Mediterranean Diet, this is a great place to start.

Title: A lot of great recipes that can keep you busy for months
Review: I really like the wide variety of selections in this cookbook — there are over 100 recipes! This book will definitely keep you enjoying Mediterranean dishes for months. However, some recipes require an Instant Pot or air fryer, which I don't have. I'm not sure if most households have these appliances nowadays, but I only have traditional pots and skillets. I skipped the air fryer recipes but tried using a regular pot for the Instant Pot recipes. They still turned out okay, so it's not the end of the world.On the other hand, a good number of recipes don't sound very 'Mediterranean' to me, like steamed asparagus, rice soup, ginger chicken vegetable soup, etc. But still, those recipes seem fine, and I'll try more of them later this month.
