Title: Hydrate!
Review: I absolutely love coldest hydration because I work in a hot Factory and I need to stay hydrated to make it through the day. These hydration packets are the best on the market in my opinion. I usually get sluggish midday but with these I don't. I usually use two of these per day when the temperatures are in 90s and above. If you want a quality product I would suggest these 100%. Bonus.. they taste great!

Title: Good Flavor but Very Sweet
Review: I've looked all over for an electrolyte drink mix that uses real sugar instead of a sugar substitute. This is the only one I've been able to find. The overall flavor is pretty good but it is too sweet for my taste. I dilute it in extra water and add the juice of an entire lemon to cut the sweetness.

Title: Best hydration product
Review: I've tried a lot of hydration powder brands, and the ColdestWater company seems to have gotten it right. Good flavors and effective mix of electrolytes and good taste. Eoukd recommend to anyone. Their base product, the ColdestWater cups and jugs are absolutely amazing. Beats Yeti, Hydroflask and Stanley.

Title: More for athletes than average people.
Review: My exercise regimen is pretty simple, and not too challenging. I walk about 2.3 miles 2x each day, once in the morning and once in the evening. At the end of each walk, I prefer Gatorade (or Powerade, if thatâs what we have at the time) over water. I like the flavor and it seems like it hydrates me just a bit better. I thought Iâd try something with a bit more electrolytes, and I liked that it had some added vitamins and such.I got the triple berry, mixing a packet with about 20-22 ounces of cold water. I used a water bottle with a lid and shook it â everything seemed to mix well and thoroughly. The first thing I noticed about the flavor is that itâs pretty salty. Given it has over 1/3 of the recommended daily allowance of sodium and a LOT more potassium than Gatorade, I can understand why. On the other hand, this does have quite a bit less sugar (almost 2/3) than Gatorade, which might be important for some people. The second thing I noticed was that this was much thicker in texture than Gatorade. It reminded me very much about the Gatorade-like, clear, fruit-flavored beverages with added protein. Itâs not quite as prominent as those, but itâs close. This made it somewhat less enjoyable for me on the flavor side. A second serving the next day with MUCH colder water helped.Iâm not a health nut, so I am uncertain the combined effect of all the extra electrolytes and vitamins might have, but I did seem to ârecoverâ a bit faster from this after my walk than with the Gatorade. This may have been a placebo effect, but I doubt it. Overall, from a flavor and content perspective, it definitely has some trade-offs with the more popular sports drinks. Iâm still uncertain how I feel about the thicker texture. Some people may have issues with it. As I mentioned before, itâs better with colder water. Iâll use up what I have, but candidly, donât know if thereâs a compelling reason for me to get these again. A more diehard athlete may feel differently, but for an average Joe like me, itâs definitely a âmehâ.

Title: Good Flavor Balance, Easy to Mix
Review: I'm a recreational tennis player, and I've used similar electrolyte drink mixes for years now. Given the opportunity to try out this brand, I was quick to accept the invitation. To start, these electrolyte packs are slightly cheaper than the others I've been using (Coldest Hydration: $1.25/each, Liquid IV: $1.66/each at my local Kroger).I ordered the 20pk of the Blueberry Lemonade flavor. During my first use, upon opening the pack, you can tell the powder is REALLY fine powder, and you can smell the flavor when you open it. It's so fine that it doesn't pour out of the tip of the package as easily as other branded packs.Once all the mix is in the bottle, it dissolves very easily after a few shakes, and doesn't settle in the bottom of my water bottle. As for the flavor, I really found the Blueberry Lemonade to be very tasty. It is not overpowering flavor when used on your standard water bottle, but I've found that I can further dilute it and still have great flavor. I would even go as far as saying that I enjoyed this Blueberry Lemonade flavor more than all the flavors of Liquid IV branded packs I've tried. As for the electrolyte impact, my body seems to appreciate the packs by Coldest Hydration just as much as the other brand packs I've been using (Liquid IV).These hydration packs check a lot of boxes (flavor, price, performance), and I'll continue to use these, and intend to order a variety pack to try out their other flavors.I've been satisfied with this product, and have no hesitation recommending to others.

Title: Electrolytes Powder Packet
Review: This is a review for "Coldest Hydration - Electrolytes Powder Packets - Non GMO & No Artificial Sugar - Electrolyte Drink Mix - Easy Open Single-Serving Stick Drop in Water - 20 Sticks per Pack (Blueberry Lemonade)"I mixed it with 24 ounces of water (who has a 21 ounce water bottle) and the taste was fine. I would not describe it as overpowering. I also mixed this into my 40 ounce water bottle and I think I like it a little better that way. This is a personal preference though. I prefer lightly flavored water rather than a full strength soda, for comparison.I use these kind of mix ins for mornings when I didn't drink enough water the day before, or for days when I am going to give blood and need to get a lot more water down in the morning hours.I probably would not repurchase, only because they do not offer a lemon-lime flavor. That is my favorite. I'm not a fan or berry flavors. These do travel well and are also easy to open. Not every packet in this format is easy to open, so that is definitely a positive.
