Title: Great Design, Well Made Product, Worth Every Penny
Review: 9/26/2024 Update 7 years later: These feeders are in the same perfect condition today that they were when I bought them. I'm a clean freak and clean them all the time. No signs of wear.I bought the 4" high feeder for my large Maine Coon cat. It looks good, is well made and both my cat and I love it.I was skeptical about the "food grade" stainless steel bowls because in the pastwhen I used stainless steel bowls made in India or China my cat got Feline Acne.The acne went away after I replaced the bowls with Basis bowls I bought on Amazon(Basis Pet Made in the USA Low Profile Stainless Steel Cat Dish).The great thing about this feeder for me is that the Basis bowls fit right in the PetFusion bowls (the deeperones, not the shallow one) and looks like it came this way.I've also been using the shallow PetFusion bowl just for water for about 6 weeks and have had no issue with Feline acne.I'd suggest using the shallow bowl for a cat, because the deeper ones somewhat negate the elevation (since the cat has toput its head down into the bowl).I was looking for an elevated feeder with a subtle, modern design.This one fits the bill and is very easy to clean. I was so happy with it I bought a second (I have two feeding areas). The first one was an "open box" item and I saved almost 50%. It was perfect - I couldn't find any flaw, so I bought a second that was also open box andhad the same experience. This is the third PetFusion product I've purchased(the first two were their Cat Scratch Loungers which I will keep buying forever).I've been really happy with PetFusion - I think they offer well made products with great design that are worth the price.

Title: 5 star product with 5 star customer service
Review: Amazing customer service. I ordered this item, twice, from Amazon and received the incorrect size both times. I was trying to get the 8" tall one but I received the 4" short one, two times in a row. I returned both items to Amazon. Somehow the PetFusion customer service team caught wind of this happening and reached out to apologize for the error and sent me the correct one at absolutely no cost. They are real people running a real business that really care about their customers.The product itself is a solid 5 star worthy item. It's anodized aluminum, which is very easy to clean. It's sturdy and has rubber pads so the feeder does not slide around, which has been an annoying problem for my 60lbs boxer constantly pushing her bowl around while trying to eat. It's a great height for my older dog, solidly made with a quality feel, built by people that really care about their customers and pets.Super happy with this purchase and also purchased the PetFusion mat to put beneath it. Looks great and works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Title: just beautiful
Review: Missy (Himalayan cat) loves this. And she's a real pain to satisfy. At first I was concerned about the cost, but other feeders were more expensive. Then when I saw this, I realized it is well worth the price.Pros-beautiful, simple design-metal, not plastic-flawless production-very safely packed-bowls close enough to the edge for the cat to reach without straining-I think the slightly higher platform has made it easier for her to swallow food; she stands more naturally at it-keeps her food area neater, since she can't just shove it on the floor-keeps the bowls off the cold floor; this floor gets quite cold-the generous size 3-cup bowls are a bit large for a cat; so I put her two pretty Noritake china bowls in them, and they look great. The stainless makes a nice frame for her china-there are two bowls to hold her two choices of food; we don't need one for food and one for water (Missy won't drink unless her Starbuck's water mug is up on the kitchen counter)-rubber bumpers keep the food dishes from moving around; the littlest thing can intimidate a cat-I think the bowls will be less likely to be accidentally kicked around now. They're more protected.-the nonskid feet are just as nice as the rest of the feeder and are generous in size; my feeder is on a rug, but if this sits on a smooth surface, I don't think it will move around easily.Cons-The feeder arrived smelling strongly like rubber (which went away almost immediately after unpacking). I wiped the feeder off with a wet paper towel, which may have helped, but I was worried at first. Cats need to smell their food.

Title: Nice design and well made - but bowls are easily dented
Review: Very easy to use and clean., works well for the cats. The bowls are a surprisingly light gauge of metal and dent easily. That said, If the bowls were only a more reasonable price I would buy more to have several sets in rotation through the dishwasher.

Title: Sleek looking elevated pet feeder
Review: I love this elevated dog bowl set. I like that the metallic gray color is sharp looking. The metal is sleek and appears that it will stand up very well to use. It's very solid, yet not bulky which I like. They include rubber feet for the bottom on the legs and there are extra rubber pads that they include that can be used under each bowl so the bowl doesn't harm the aluminum. It comes with little pads already on the stand where the bowls sit, but it's nice they send you extras. The bowls are decent quality, though I wouldn't allow a huge dog to chew on them per se. The other thing I really like is that this product is very easy to clean. Because the stand itself is flat, you can easily wipe it down. The bowls remove very easily and you can wash them by hand or throw them in the dishwasher. I also purchased the PetFusion X-large waterproof Dog Food Mat and it is the perfect add on to catch all the spills. The two products work well together and I really like the look of both.

Review: Love these new pet feeders. Our Doodles had 'no' problems switching from the old clunky ones to these new sheek, modern sturdy ones. I like that they are smaller, modern looking, easy to clean, and the little rubber dibs inserted to prevent the bowls from moving around. Love they also provided extra rubber tabs for bottom of feet and top where bowls sit!! I cannot say anything negative about this product. I would recommend to anyone. All they need to do is create a solid, safe, good chew for dogs to clean their teeth :):) Thank you PetFusion! Job well done. 🙂
