What is the difference between NEO 120 and NEO 120 Plus?

Both NEO 120 and NEO 120 Plus come with a rear wash and self-clean mode, however the NEO Plus features an upgraded Advanced 360° Self-Cleaning Mode. All NEO Plus models come with Lift-to-Clean and Slide-in Installation features.

Review: To all of you interested in purchasing a bidet, but perhaps afraid of the experience, read this:Whether it's this LUXE Neo 120 Plus, or another well rated bidet, do yourself a favor and buy one!As someone who's used bidets before (but never owned one myself) it's something I regret not getting years ago. The concept is just smart, makes sense, effective. In fact, it blows my mind that many of us strictly use TP most of our lives, smearing waste into our bottom crevice. Why do that when you can thoroughly clean yourself with water, cutting down on TP, leaving you fresh like after a shower?! And that's precisely what it is; a butt-shower.The Neo 120 Plus is everything I hoped it would be. The pressure of the stream is solid, not too strong, not too weak, but comfortable plus you can adjust it. After using it, I'm 100% satisfied and don't wish for the warm water model in the slightest. I got used to the cool water immediately and find it refreshing.Installation probably took me longer than others, only because I was super thorough, but the process itself is super easy. I've been using it for a few weeks now and there have been zero leaks or other issues.Overall 100% satisfied, and again, it's been such a life-changing experience that I now look forward to going #2 with the bidet...but without it...#2s have become a dreaded chore.

Title: The best customer service experience of my life
Review: My journey with Luxe bidet started in early March 2020, when I narrowly avoided the great toilet paper shortage of the early pandemic by the sheer luck of having decided to try out the bidet experience my parents were raving about. (I bought them one for Xmas 2019).As many others have noted, the apparatus is sufficiently easy to install and had worked great for 2+ years. During that time, I had one issue with the nozzle cover breaking, and the company promptly mailed me a replacement at no charge.In October 2022, the knob broke, and the bidet was no longer operable. As I considered buying a replacement from this or another manufacturer, I received an email offering me one of their updated models basically for free, because they would reimburse me $50 for my previous model.I took them up on this offer and was very pleased with the upgraded design that makes it a breeze to clean beneath the arm of the controls. (We won't talk about the potential for grossness the other installment type generated. )Unfortunately, this model was not an instant success as far as fitting it to our toilet is concerned. The seat would not lay flush against the toilet and instead remained floating above it in an unattractive way. When I reached out to the company to address the fit issue, the uber-helpful customer service agent Kaitlyn immediately got to work trying to find a solution at no cost to me.Our first attempted workaround was to see if their tall hinges and bumpers would resolve the issue and put the seat in the proper placement. Sadly, they did not. But Kaitlyn came to the rescue once again with the offer of a free Luxe Bidet toilet seat to replace our existing one that would certainly fix it once and for all. Mind you, the seat itself costs $52 on Amazon.In total, I exchanged nine emails with Kaitlyn, and in every instance, she was beyond helpful. The fact that the company is so invested in its customer's happiness that it will bend over backward to make sure its product is working perfectly for you just blew my mind. This is next-level customer service that truly gives you faith in humanity.Now we've got a perfect working bidet that is definitely an improvement over the older model in both cleanability features and water pressure. I cannot recommend this company and its products more highly.

Title: Helps with hemorrhoids
Review: I bought this product as I had a large external, sometimes bleeding hemorrhoid. Normal cleaning was not always effective and painful. This model was easy to install, appreciate the hinge to clean under. It does allow for adjustment of the bidet but still found the spray was at least an inch too far to the front wear I typically sit. I installed this on an elongated seat so I just need to move forward to get the correct location. Some other brands do have an adjust front to back on the controls that this brand does not. I could put something like a quarter underneath the corners of the bidet arm to move the spray about 1/4". It would be a little tedious when first serting up but the designers could have the spray post on a screw where each clockwise rotation would move the spray toward the rear. I was initially concerned but please to find the amount of pressure was smooth and precise. (I'm glad there is not just medium and high pressure) I only use at lower pressure to insure no pain or added blood for both pre and post hemorroidectomy surgery. The company does know adding this product will raise the rear part of the toilet seat but did not provide stick on bumpers to level the front. I was able to find a pair of bumpers at a Walmart store at a cheaper price. The model is attractive, easy to set up, glad of self cleaning, functional and reasonably priced with a 2 year warranty. If the spray location could be adjusted it would 5 stars. Note this model is only cold water and can be more of a shock to get used to.

Review: I did a lot of research to buy such a product, and finally I ordered this product from the luxury bidet company. I'm glad I bought this product. When you open the package of the product, you notice the quality. In order to make it easier to assemble, even the range has been placed, and a part that I have never seen before has been added so that the faucet connector can be mounted very easily. Cleaning is very easy as in the video. You feel comfort when you sit on it. In addition, the dial-off valve on the operation panel is ideal for many years to use. I definitely recommend this product to everyone. In addition to all this, the company's support in everything was great. You feel that you are shopping from a corporate company and get full value for money. If you see yourself rich by buying a cheap product, of course, there are cheaper ones in other companies, but if you want to buy it once and have a long life, I think you can buy this product from this company without thinking.

Review: I could not fit this product - the fittings are too short as the uk cisterns have the cold water feed on the right hand side. I could not source a longer tube with these fittings. (I tried three plumbers merchants). I like the idea of the product but as is it is of unmerchantable quality for the UK market.1/2inch fittings are common.

Review: Le raccordement de ce bidet n'a pas de sens. On ne peut que le raccorder d'une seule manière uniquement. Si votre toilette ne dispose pas des bonnes entrées et raccords de basse vous ne pouvez pas le mettre. La taille raccordement sont uniques et n'existe pas dans tous les pays ou sont différents. Par exemple un des tuyau est en 3/8 en réalité c'est pas le cas. Dans mon pays (La France) le tuyau est en réalité entre un 3/8 et 1/4 (entre un 12x17 mm et un 8x13 mm) et donc c'est impossible de le raccorder. Un autre tuyau est en 1/2 et en réalité pour un français sont tuyau est entre un 15x21mm et un 20x27mm, encore impossible de le brancher .Ce truc est une blague

Review: This product attachements do not fit with the standard UAE fittings incase you are buying it on amazon.ae.I have looked in different stores to find suitable size fittings, reducers, etc but have not been able to so far. Quality of the product seems good but have not been able to test functionality.
