Why does water appear inside the product packaging?
Each unit undergoes meticulous underwater testing before packaging to ensure optimal performance upon delivery. Minor dampness or water stains on the machine are considered normal.
Why won’t the machine charge?
Before charging, ensure the device is turned off to prevent charging issues, and check for any water in the charging port, as dampness may lead to charging failure or port corrosion.
Why can't the machine climb smooth walls?
Please Install the included floating kit in the machine for climbing on walls of any pool material.

Title: So far so good
Review: Iâve only used it once. Easy set up, easy to program and easy to use. Youâll need to charge it before your first use. Download the Wybot mobile app to modify the settings and patterns. Press and hold the power button to turn it on and drop it into your pool within 3 minutes. For my first time, I set it to clean only the floor so I can watch to see how it moves around the pool. I set it to the crisscross pattern and coverage of the pool floor was great. I watched it pick up the debris scattered on my pool floor.

Title: disappointing
Review: I had high hopes for the Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. The "powerful suction" is more like a gentle breeze, barely picking up any debris. Its wall-climbing ability is a joke - it spends more time falling off than actually cleaning. The "intelligent route planning" seems to be anything but intelligent, as it constantly gets stuck on ladders and misses large areas of the pool. While it claims to last 150 minutes, you'll spend more time charging it than using it. The app is a nightmare, crashing constantly and offering little useful functionality. Save your money and time - this pool cleaner is about as effective as trying to clean your pool with a drinking straw.

Title: Does A Respectable Jobâ¦
Review: Like all robotic pool cleaners, how well it performs for you depends almost entirely how big your pool is, and how many obstacles and/or alcoves the cleaner has to deal with. And with that said, I think this cleaner will probably do really well in pools that are pretty basic shape-wise, and doesnât have any unusual obstacles or an area that would likely trap it. Also, I found that this cleaner doesnât climb the walls quite as good as I would like it to, so you might need to do a quick one-minute once-around with your pool brush to push the wall dirt/dust to the floor. The cleaner itself seems to be made really well. There isnât anything about it that struck me as troublesome quality-wise. I didnât see anything that I thought would break easily. So, I am happy with this cleanerâs overall quality. Also, this cleaner even looks like a cool little black tank too. Itâs actually kinda fun to watch it move around your pool.Charging this cleaner takes a few hours, and it will run for about two hours or so on a full charge. So, while Iâm not super impressed by the run time, Iâm not annoyed by it either. However, I do think thereâs a good bit of room for improvement on that front.Lastly, I think this is a pretty good cleaner overall. Consequently, I think that, like me, you will be pretty happy with this cleaner. It does a respectable job of cleaning my pool, so I think thereâs a very good chance that it will do a satisfactory job of cleaning your pool too.If you have any questions about this WYBOT C1 robotic pool cleaner, please feel free to ask, and I'll try my best to answer. I hope you found this review helpful.

Title: It's ok
Review: My review for this will be comparing to an older Hayward tigershark. I've had that Hayward for years, parts fail and easy to replace. Taking a quick look around, parts don't seem to be as available. However, this is a more complex unit than the plug in hayward. In terms of performance, they seem to be about the same. The Hayward runs back and forth mindlessly. Despite the implied smartness of this robot and the app to control it, it ran random patterns just like my Hayward. It was not smart and further, it didn't completely cover the entire pool base. Between the two, it's a tie. Maybe a slight edge to the Hayward. I have that connected to my smart home so I can at least power cycle the power source kicking off a second cleaning without having to go out.Charging the unit, I take issue with the plug. The design for the DC adapter is wholly inadequate and something to be aware of. If you are going to plug this into an outdoor outlet which has a cover, this may not fit. Something I quickly realized. The thought of carrying this back to the garage to charge every time is not appealing to me.I also found the instructions and application to be confusing. I spent a solid 10 minutes trying to understand how to get this thing to start cleaning the pool. I powered on the unit, selected the program and dropped it into the pool. It sank but nothing happened. Took me a few tries before it started.Final thoughts, at 499, this is half the price of the Hayward robots. The question is that good ivestment. My Hayward is still running after nearly 8 years. I've had to replace many parts on it which are easily available. For this unit, things that go could also include the battery which may not be a servicable item. I didn't find many parts available for self repair. I also prefer the plug in devices over battery. I find charging to be a pain.

Title: Not the smartest robot!!
Review: When the robot is working on the floor of the pool it does a pretty good job of sucking up debris. He tends to wander around aimlessly without rhyme or reason. I was expecting him to comb the bottom of the pool in a grid pattern. He sometimes gets himself stuck on the Baja shelf and then canât get himself to stop floating on the top of water without a shove back down to the bottom. When doing walls, he again randomly wanders around getting about 1/10th of the wall surface really well each outing but tends to get himself stuck on the corners and edges of underwater shelves.I like the no hose feature but there have got to be better/smarter products out there that donât require me to feel like I need to babysit.
