Title: High quality saucepot!
Review: This saucepot is a bit heavy because it is excellent quality. I use it mostly on an induction hot plate, and am delighted with both. The handle stays cool and is long enough to brace on my forearm when I lift it. The lid fits well, but sadly it isn’t see-through. Like all uncoated stainless cookware, it cleans easily and occasionally needs soaked to remove burned-on foods. Highly recommend!

Title: SOLID High Quality Pan
Review: Pricier than I was hoping to pay, but definitely worth every penny. High quality pan that will last for years and years. It's easy to clean, distributes heat very well, with a tight fitting included lid . You can feel the quality the minute as soon as you pick it up. It is a heavy pan though. So if you have weak wrists or arthritis, this may be a deterrent for you. I don't mind it. I expected a large saucepan of this size and quality to be heavier than cheaper aluminum pans. For me, it's the perfect in between sized saucepan when 2 quart size pans aren't enough, but you don't need a soup kettle either. I'm very happy with it.

Review: This is an exceptional cooking pan. If you follow the care instructions it will last a very long time. Cook time is great, I see no rust, very functional and on normal heat no sticking.

Title: Even heat distribution but not all cooking benefits
Review: Compared to my previous aluminum-bottom pot, this tri-ply saucepan distribute more heat to the side of the pot. I can tell because cooked oatmeal stick to the middle sidewall of this pot forming a ring. It also takes longer to boil because the pot itself absorbs more heat. It probably releases those heat after the stove is off but that effect is not as noticeable. In theory it would also lose more heat off the side to surrounding air.It works fine as a triply cookware; can't complain. However I have since learned that not all type of cooking is helped by tri-ply.The saucepan is well made. It is hefty, sturdy and looks nice.

Title: Professional Quality 4-Quart Saucepan
Review: Excellent quality Cuisinart pan! it's almost too heavy for me (petite woman)at about 5 pounds I think. That might get tiresome after a while, but the quality is apparent. The handle is long. The lid is literally like a mirror. It would be nice if it was a glass lid with steam vent, but I have one that will fit, which I will most likely use instead of the one that came with it. So far so good. *It does say not to use lemon detergent on it, so I assume lemon may not be a good thing to cook in it? I usually put fresh lemon slices in the boiling water with my artichokes, so I will update if it discolors the pan. I just got it, but I will update after some time using it if there are any issues. The one I got is the real deal from Cuisinart, not an imitation, so I am a happy camper. I recommend this saucepan.

Title: Nice pan. Good value. Would recommend.
Review: We have an All-Clad d5 3qt saucepan and needed to replace a cheap aluminum 1.5qt. I wanted another all-clad so they’d match and because I just like having nice things. My spouse was skeptical about spending $200 on a new pot. So I caved and looked for one that would do the job without breaking the bank. This one more than fits the bill. I was happy with the weight of the box when it came, and the quality and weight of the pan is great. It’s maybe a touch lighter-duty than the AC but that’s to be expected since it’s 3-ply instead of 5-ply. The AC’s handle is a little more robust but this one is adequate. Otherwise I can’t notice a difference in quality that would warrant a $170 price difference. The pot looks great and the lid has a nice mirror shine. There are very few saucepans out there for less than $80 or $100 with fully-plied sides. Other inexpensive ones that claim 3-ply often only triple-layer the bottom. Additionally, Cuisinart is a known brand with a lifetime warranty that you know will be around to honor it. They also claim to be dishwasher safe—I’m not certain if AC even claims that. For $30, I feel I got about 95% of the utility for like 20% of the price of AC. It’s still new and maybe time will prove me wrong, but right now I’m happy with the purchase. This is discounting the fact that AC are made in US (I think), and ignoring whatever value there is in having matching pans. Nice pan and unpretentious too.

Title: Performed well so far.
Review: It's been a while since I bought a new pot and i was initially concerned this pot wouldn't be of the same quality as my old pots, made back when overall quality of goods was more dependable, but so far it looks like this one is on par with my older pots. It's been only about 3 months, but this new pot seems good on all fronts. Even heat distribution, appropriate weight and no odd staining after washing. Size is a good intermediate size, that isn't cumbersome, yet has enough room for cooking 2-4 servings of food.

Review: Cuisinart multi-clad pans are difficult to find. I have one sauce pan in this range that is slightly larger, so I was pleased to find this size. I use it every day. It’s the perfect size and weight for warming soup or steaming vegetables. I prefer a stainless steel surface to Teflon. It’s easy to clean with a stainless steel scouring pads. Exceptional quality, even heat distribution, great value for money.
