Title: Sew powerful!!!!
Review: Whether you are a "domestic" goddess, a quilter, or a seamstress, this vacuum is excellent! It has impressive suction power to pick up threads in your sewing room and clean your cutting area. Today, I used it upstairs to clean the stairs and reach all the hard-to-get spots, including ceiling fans. For the price and performance, it's amazing. It's also a bit quieter than most economy vacuums. My favorite feature is that it uses bags; I prefer this option over bagless models because it's easier to clean, and dust doesn't scatter everywhere when you empty it. Plus, this vacuum is lightweight, making it easy to carry around.

Title: Best vacuum EVER!!!
Review: I love eureka vacuum cleaners and this little guy is awesome. Amazing suction, very light weight if you need to carry it with one hand and the attachments that came with work well with what Iâm using it for. The only negative thing about this vacuum is that the 2 black plastic wands that come with it are made out of a thinner plastic making it seem like the wands could easily break. I fixed that issue, Iâm using 2 wands from another vacuum cleaner that came from another eureka machine and everything fits just right. So I would say SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS VACUUM BECAUSE ITS TOTALLY WORTH IT. The price is very reasonable. You wonât regret buying it!!!!

Title: Perfect little machine - know your needs
Review: My needs - I have a house with laminate flooring and large and small rugs, wool and synthetic, carpeted stairs, and upstairs is entirely carpet. (I haven't tried cleaning the car yet, no doubt that's going to be a success.)First off, this machine has outstanding suction. I've had it one week and there's a lever on the top you can push to allow air flow for vacuuming back and forth or just single flow for straight suction and it get the job done. There is so much suction created around it that it's even coated in wool rug fibers or dog hair that didn't make it inside. I don't even need to go back twice, the suction is so good.Be prepared, it feels incredibly lightweight, maybe even cheap. I thought, how can this thing be well made? But it does everything I need it to do. The lightweight factor is wonderful when vacuuming each carpeted stair and dragging it up and down the stairs. So, this is actually a huge plus. There are 2 pipes that you connect for length when vacuuming the floor. On the stairs I take one pipe out and the length is perfect. The head is wide enough that it's effective for vacuuming (again, one stroke works for my short length rugs), but it's flat enough that it fits under everything - low chairs, couches, etc. If I push the lever on the head down flat, I can't draw it back and forth easily (the suction is too strong), but it's flat, so I can push it waaay back under the couches and get that dust that is so hard to reach without moving the couches. This is a big plus for me.The pipes all connect by friction, just pushing them together. Sometimes they pop off if you catch something and pull too hard, but my last ($450) vacuum (which was heavier but I loved) broke beyond repair when the connector to the head snapped where there was a locking mechanism, and that part is now discontinued. So frustrating!! So, this little vacuum seems like it will be less likely to "snap" anywhere because the parts will disconnect under pressure. I hope that turns out to be the case.My son assembled the unit and I used it right away. Forgot to add a bag and I was very upset - but the bag is inside already! Well done, Eureka!!The cons to this machine, as far as I can tell after multiple uses in the first week, are that there is no automatic cord winding mechanism. But, the cord is longer than my last machine - if I plug it in the middle of the house, it reaches the ends of both sides of the house. Obviously this depends on your home, but my other vacuum was just a few feet short. I can then also vaccum the entire stairs and then move the cord 1 time to get the entire house. I don't like winding the cord, so in a pile it goes if I'm lazy. Worth it for not having to move that cord!!This is not a self propelled machine. You must push the vacuum, it does not "propel" itself with a turning brush. There is a brush, but it's not motorized. I am a reasonably strong 40+ woman and I am happy to push it, but if you have medical issues and can't push it, this could be a more physical job. I expect vacuuming to be work, so I'm fine with this and feel the low cost is worth it. I believe it also is related to the reduced weight of the machine and its tools.I hope this review is thorough and helpful for those making a decision. I never purchase warranties, but given the lightweight nature of this machine, I think I would have considered it. I paid $81 for this machine after taxes. I would definitely be described as frugal and cost conscious. Considering the varied reviews and high cost of other well rated machines, I am very happy with my purchase! I don't write reviews very often, but I want other consumers to know the pros and cons so they can make an educated decision.

Title: Eureka canister Vacuum
Review: Light weight. It has a long power cord. Knowing that this does not come with attachments other than a floor tool and a upholstery toolBrush. I put this through its paces. Suction is good. Extension wand is also adequate. It has an adjustable suction control knob on the unit itself. I felt it worked very well on our hardwood floors. The vacuum does have a HEPA filter which is good, yet these are consumable and expensive. The dust bags are large yet for maximum efficiency I always replace the dust bag when half full. Itâs less work on the motor and it will last longer, because we vacuum everyday. It is easy to manuever over floors and carpeting. Itâs very light weight which makes cleaning less like work. Try it and donât look back.

Title: Simple, light, and quiet!
Review: Any vac has to meet some minimum requirements: it has to suck, be reasonably easy to use, and work well for the types of surfaces it's intended to clean. This Eureka does all that. The suction power is as good as our old Hoover Windtunnel. The controls are laid out well on the vac and it's simple to understand how to use it. The canister+wand design makes it very nice in using. You're not pushing a lot of weight around, so it gets the job done with less effort and also faster than our old vac. Really nice for stairs.Beyond that, here are the features I like. Our last vac had cord rewind and I don't ever want to go back to manually wrapping up the cord. The power and bag open buttons are huge and easy to hit with a finger or a toe. It's a bagged vac -- after having a bagless, I prefer the ability to simply take all the dirt out in a package and not have to wash the bagless parts frequently.I haven't had a canister vac and wanted to see if they were better. For us, this one is pretty ideal. Leaving most of the weight stationary on the floor makes vacuuming much less effort. But the most amazing surprise is the noise -- there isn't any! We couldn't hold a conversation over our old vac. With this one, one of us can vacuum while the other watches TV in the same room! I'm pretty sure I could vacuum in a bedroom while someone was sleeping, and not wake them up.The only con for us is storage. The hose doesn't have anywhere to be when not in use. (No onboard hose storage.) The wand has a bracket to hold it upright, but the hose kind of makes a big arc from the top of the wand down to the canister so it takes a wide spot to store it.Overall we are very happy with our purchase. We've only had it for a few weeks so can't comment on durability.
