Title: Great book. Started using this already having very good ...
Review: Great book. Started using this already having very good strength in the middle body. The beginning exercises are excellent, and probably the only thing most people need. It throws out a lot of unnecessary exercises, and keeps the effective ones. it especially shows how to work the lower abs well. Just doing the beginning program, with total focus, for three weeks, increased my strength, and "looks." Good illustrations showing the muscles, etc.The only thing that could be better would giving exercises that strengthen the back, to balance out all of that spinal flexing, which the book suggests to do. Recommended.

Title: Perfect compement to Strength Training Anatomy
Review: Book is very comprehensive. Descriptions of exercises are concise and easy to understand. Variations of each exercise are usually given too. Best part is the illustrations which are clear. Not only illustrations of the exercises, but also of which muscles (by name) are being worked by that particular exercise. Get the Strength Training Anatomy book too and you will have everthing you need (though there is some overlap in the two books.
