Title: Great value lightweight laptop for lightweight processing
Review: We ordered this to replace my wife's old iPad which could no longer be upgraded. Since we're done with Apple computers we looked for a very light, good value Windows PC. That's exactly what this is. It won't be used for intensive computing or graphics operations, just straightforward email, browsing, etc. And it's perfectly fine for that!! It was very easy to set up, the keyboard feels great, and it has a mouse-pad for navigation which we've used before and are comfortable with. One note: It comes with Windows 11 Home in S mode, "which provides a Fast, Safe, and Secure, Chromebook-like experience". In English that means you can only install software from the Microsoft app store, NOT the Google Play Store. However, you can easily switch to Windows 11 Home mode from S mode to install from other app stores (but you can't switch from Home back to S mode). Just ask Google for the simple instructions.

Title: Great price
Review: I needed a PC to update firmware in my radar detector. It is just what I needed but I usually use an alternate OS. My first PC at 81 years old.

Title: Seems ok for the price.
Review: First impressions out of the box wasnât that great. The keyboard doesnât fit inside the housing as it should and the bottom frame of the computer seems a bit distorted as seen in the pics. After charging, set up was a breeze although it did require updates out of the box. One thing I didnât realize was the computer was windows 11 in âsâ mode which is easily corrected with a simple settings change. With that being said, plus the old saying âyou get what you pay forâ overall Iâm happy with what I have (for now) after a day of use. Will provide updates if turns out to be a total piece of junk.Update: the laptop failed to boot up and would flash an error bios code. Contacted customer support and they were very friendly and helpful. I opted to return for a full refund and will be dropping the laptop off at ups tomorrow. I honestly think I simply got a lemon and I appreciate the fast response from the seller. What time I used the laptop it ran smoothly with no delays. I wouldnât be afraid to purchase from them again, however I believe Iâm going to bite the bullet and get a MAC book.

Title: Not very good.
Review: Iâm using strictly for college. It is slow and it freezes up so I cannot enter information into excel cells and other applications. Is putting me behind but out of return window. Do not recommend. Expected better quality from hp. Very glitchy and has lost workð will never by hp again.

Title: Package received
Review: I got the laptop on the expected delivery date. The box and everything was intact. Everything works fine for now. I will like to use it for some time to give a review on how it is working. I don't really like white but I guess I will get used to it. Thank to the seller.

Title: reviw
Review: A perfect entry-budget laptop: This laptop is a reliable choice for someone who doesn't need to multitask with heavy websites or open heavy apps. It excels in tasks like homework, web browsing, and video watching, making it ideal for travel with its portable and lightweight design. The storage capacity is not large but with the option to save data via cloud or thumb drive. Additionally, its speed and efficiency are great, along with the convenience of pre-installed Microsoft Office, attracting users like myself who prioritize productivity. Highly recommend it if you need an entry-level budget laptop.

Title: Good Value for Cost
Review: But it's definitely not top of the HP line. Not terribly powerful and a bit slow, but it works well for what it costs. Excellent weight, light and compact. Memory is suitable for most users.
Customers say
