Title: Only lasted 7 months but customer service great
Review: Amendment to this review: company responded to this review and offered refund. In the meantime I had found customer service and were being helpful. My mother’s and mother in laws frames continue to work.Got for Christmas and already not working. Came down one morning and screen was white. Reset but no change. Can’t find any place on their website to get customer service or return it since it’s still within warranty.

Title: What I expected. Terrible!
Review: I know you get what you pay for and this is a good example. I purchased it and right outi the box would not pass the lighted screen so back to the Amazon it goes and I I’ll get the Aura as I initially intended. I did not want to spend that much money for a digital picture frame, but clearly this brand is not good.

Title: Love it! But the app only works for android
Review: We purchased this as a gift for the grandparents, I was so excited to find THE perfect gift for them, and for everyone to be able to upload photos and videos of their grandkids daily. It's super easy to use, great quality, works wonderfully. BUT my sister in law can't upload to it, because she has an iPhone. Had I known, I would have gone with a different frame. Besides that, we are very happy. My in laws received theirs today and they are in love with it.

I could set it up easily & found you can even put short videos on there like grandson getting squirted in the face when putting whipped cream on his hot chocolate.

Review: Got this for my Mom, who is in an assisted living facility. All of the family, near or far, can send her pictures. Each picture can have a caption to help my mother know her grandchild as well as her great grandchildren. She says she wakes up every morning, looking forward to seeing any new pictures that may have been added while she was sleeping. Love it so much that I've ordered one for my mother-in-law, for our home, and one for each of my three children's homes

Review: Pros: beautiful display, very useful touchscreenCons: it does not matter that the display is beautiful if it refuses to restart after moving it to a different room. And yes, I turned it off properly by pressing the off button and unplugging it after it turned black. I have actually done this done this more than once, moving it to a different area to continue loading it. Each time I had a long struggle to get it to restart. I bought this just over a month ago as a birthday gift for a close relative. I finally finished loading it with lots of old family photos. The birthday is tomorrow. I plugged it in to watch the results of all my hard work and it absolutely refuses to restart this time. I am past the 30 day return window. This product has been a total waste of money and effort, and what do I do for a birthday present now? I guess it is obvious how furious I am. Do not buy this frame. If Arzopa has a fix for this I will gladly retract my complaint.UPDATE: The seller allowed me to return the frame to them and replaced it with a new one. This new frame works perfectly and I am very pleased with both the frame and the prompt response to my problems!

Review: Amazing technology. Great size frame allowing for a good display even across a room. The unit can be set to turn off at night and start again in the morning at user defined times.Loading photos is easy, and you can even send them directly from your phone via WiFi, or even someone else's phone if you grant that person temporary access.Would but another one if these without hesitation. Definitely recommend this product

After looking up what the issue is I found that it say only use 32gb or lower. Other then that very happy with it

Review: For the most part the product works as expected, however, it sometimes doesn't start back up right away after being powered off (correctly using the power button). I took me a dozen attempts once to turn it back on after being powered off. I almost returned it because I thought it was broken. It's also rebooted unexpectedly once or twice now. So overall it works ok, but sometimes it can be a little glitchy.
