Title: A Brilliant Blend of Travel and Cooking
Review: This is not your traditional cookbook, but rather a hybrid that blends travel and the culinary arts. It appeals to those who consider themselves globetrotters as well as those who are staunch stay-at-home hearth huggers. Grangers hopscotches around the world to point out those places that feature the best brunch fare in the world, supported by tibits of information and recipes so the reader can create these dishes in the comfort of their own home if they don't have the time or financial resources for travelling. There are 100 featured recipes for dishes ranging from Polish Easter Ham with Beetroot Salad and South Carolina Low Country Shrimp and Grits to Seville Marmalade for toast or muffins from the United Kingdom and traditional Eggs Benedict from the Good Old USA. This book is a goldmine for those who never miss the pleasures of indulging in breakfast or weekend brunch!

Title: Stick to writing travel books.
Review: Poorly organized. Many of the “authentic “ dishes are made in restaurants outside the count.

Title: Well written by a foodie, fabulous photos, 100 recipes, travel ideas...
Review: Full of fabulous food photos, tips on where to go and to eat, and no calories, great new book all about enjoying Brunch!Did you know that the word Brunch was from England in the 19th century for Saturday night carousers who couldn’t wake up for breakfast, sure fits today’s world too.I like the ease of finding what I wanted in this book, and it also showed me how to create/cook too. Most helpful. Over 100 recipes, detailed with mouth watering photos and suggestions, plus I loved reading the culture and history of each, such as:Bill’s Ricotta Hotcakes …. AustraliaCongee …. ChinaDeviled Kidneys …. UKHoppers …. Sri LankaSabich …. IsraelSo many, hard to make a list, and since the book is a nice paperback and only $20, great buy. Author Bill Granger from Australia, I found his writing fun and easy to follow and inspired both m and my wife…Great book, and resource for travel, at home, or planning a fun brunch…

Review: Very nice guide and loads of ideas for brunches... but in my opinion it lacks pictures from the final dish, as they say you first eat with your eyes
