Review: I like the complete system. I had a couple issues I just couldn't figure out. After texting with customer support I got the answer I needed. Camera work at -4 degrees f.Now I am very happy with the system. I only wish there was a very detailed manual. Other than that, I am pleased.I would give 5 star if there was a detailed manual.P.S. when will there be firmware updates.

Review: Every feature this product has, works flowlessly. Simple yet useful. App and hard drive software are very user friendly, all the options are easy to find and understand. I just love it. I would buy again. I strongly recommend this product.*** It broke in 2 months. Doesn't connect to the Internet nor connect to the camera. Blue light keeps flashing and that's all it's doing. Amazon 30 day return policy expire but they assure 2 year warranty, it's a lie. I tried contacting them via email but it's been 5 days I hear no respond. I just lost my money. Very disappointed.****** UPDATE: napcat has replace the system with a new one and works great. I am happy with napcats warranty service.

Title: Nice entry-level system for the price. Compact design, good picture quality and nice features.
Review: With so many systems out there it's tough to make a decision. I like this system because it is wired so I don't have to worry about charging cameras or losing connection. It used ethernet cables which also power the cameras (PoE... Power Over Ethernet). The included wire is generally enough for most applications but you can easily buy longer cords if required. The cameras proved good picture quality and while it's not as good as some commercial level systems it is very good and offers lots of nice features including spotlight, 2-way audio, motion alarms all in a compact design. They provide a nice wide 113 degree viewing angle without too much distortion. The 2TB NVR is super compact and completely silent which is not the case with many others. 2TB is not ideal for storing a lot of video and I would like to see at least 4TB to provide the most hours of storage for review. Setup is easy and following the on-screen prompts had it setup in about 10 minutes. I'm still testing with a handful of cameras before installing in our barn but it's been nice so far. The alerts get a little annoying and the app isn't the most intuitive but the alerts are configurable and the app is ok once you get used to it. I would like to be able to fast forward while watching the video instead of it skipping ahead, but that's pretty common even with more expensive systems. The onboard app is also pretty good and a bit more intuitive, in my opinion, than the app. I can't find specifications on the frame rate of the live view or the recorded footage, but it appears it may be 15fps (frames per second) which is ample and allows pausing to view detail even with an object in motion. The main NVR unit needs to be plugged into your network router with a cable so be sure your desired installation point has access to your router or a mesh endpoint and consider this when calculating the cable distances required to run to the cameras.

Review: We recently purchased the PoE Security Camera System with 4K 8CH NVR and 8Pcs 4MP Outdoor Surveillance IP Cameras, and I have been extremely impressed with its performance. The 4K resolution provides incredibly sharp and clear video footage, and the 2TB HDD offers ample storage space for continuous recording.The F1.0 Color Night Vision feature is outstanding, as it delivers vivid and detailed images even in low-light conditions. The human/vehicle detection capability is a great addition, as it helps filter out false alarms and only alerts me to relevant motion events.Furthermore, the IP67 waterproof rating ensures that the cameras can withstand harsh weather conditions, providing reliable outdoor surveillance. Review: I bought this in January (it is now Apr). I was rather upset at another brand of wireless cameras that I had bought, because they all stopped working when it got to about -25 outside, leaving me with nothing. I got the Napcats in, installed them just before another cold snap (a week of -38 celsius), and these worked flawlessly through the whole snap. The vision on these is incredible, even at night, sound is meh, but these cameras all pick up wind noise, as the other ones do, so if you want sound you would have to find somewhere to live where there isn't a constant wind, not here! Wired is the way to go. Even if these were to miss something, which they have not yet, it is still recording all the time, so you go back in the history and find what event there was. I was tired of the AI on the other brand, which missed stuff getting stolen off my front lawn. Napcat cameras are awesome, they flag everything that goes by, I need to adjust the zone, because it will get every vehicle that comes by if you have any bit of street in the view. I have not done the zoning yet, so cannot comment on that. But everything else is fantastic, and I would highly recommend these. The app is easy to use and the cams load instantly, unlike the 2 other brands I have. Save yourself a ton of money and just buy these.The only thing that was a slight problem was that the wires could probably be 5m longer. I read it in another review and laughed, but the install routing and everything made the one wire just a bit too short. Ended up that it did work out when I moved the hard drive to another spot though. Thanks Napcat for an awesome product!

Review: There is nothing missing from the box, and I mean nothing. They even give you a tiny USB mouse to help configure the unit. I installed this around my shed and back garden as we back on to a railway line. It has worked flawlessly and the picture quality at 4K is supreme even at night.I actually ordered some extra cameras to plug into the unit so I no have 8 camera's up and running. It's quick and has none of the insane latency you get with the considerably more expensive Google WiFi cameras.All in all a great product.
