Review: I put batteries in the remote today and as soon as I pointed it to the tv then it worked. The remote came in a clear wrapping but did not come with batteries( need AAA) or instructions. It does look as pictured but I have only used it for about 5 minutes since writing post. It is a good deal because the remote works. The buttons look as pictured. I would recommend that you pay alittle more to get a good remote because it looks true to original, connects well and came as pictured.

Title: Lower Volume button doesn't work
Review: I was able to put the volume up but to my surprise I cannot lower the volume. We are now stuck with the volume all the way up and no way to turn it down. The sign on the mute button is almost completely worn off as well so, I guess it's a used remote that they tried to refurbish but didn't complete the job. I refuse to order another remote form this same vendor I might get another bad remote.

Review: My kids lost my other remote so I needed a new one to replace it, it came on time, but just before it came we found the other remote, now I have a second one just in case it happens again. I did try it, so far from what I seen, it works great.
