Title: Wonderful Back Support Belt!
Review: Copper fit back belts are great! My husband and I are both in our "Golden Years" and suffer from back pain. I wear mine when doing chores, outdoor gardening, and heavy lifting. My husband does the same. They are a back saver!!! The elastic in the band does stretch out over time two years or so), but we just order new ones. The criss-cross bands on these back belts enable one to pull the support tight to one's liking. We both love these back copper fit belts!

Title: I think I expected too much!
Review: Pain relief? Depends on what you mean. It helps support the lower back so in that way maybe there might be less pain than if it wasn't worn at all. If I'm already achy in my lower back, putting it on doesn't take pain away. At least not for me anyway.Support, yes it does help there. Wearing it while doing general lightweight lifting around the house or shop, helps. Less strains than if it wasn't worn it seems.Comfort is debatable. It isn't comfortable to me. It makes me feel hotter, naturally due to the multiple layers of fabrics and materials. It reduces movement, of course part of that is by design ergo, supporting the back in that regard. But there are times when it has to be taken off to do a task. I guess this is part of where I expected more. Restricted movement is problematic at times and it's inconvenient to stop working to remove it to finish a task.quality! kudos in that regard. it is very well made and for me the 80% of the time I get to use it, I say thank you.
