Title: What a joy. Buy and buy here
Review: These feeders are amazing. The birds love them during the day. At night I enjoy the lighting, it has a great ambience.I am in Los Angeles in the middle of the city and have goldfinches all day long fighting over the food. Well, they may not be fighting, but there is definitely a lot of chirping.There are other kind of birds coming as well, but I do not know their species.I originally bought the 7.2x7.2, which has a bigger platform, just big enough for an adventurous mourning dove to land, or better said, barely hang on it . But its big wings made such a mess, I bought the 8x8 instead and it was too small for the dove to land.I have had three of these for almost a year. They withstood the raining season without an issue (not that it rains a lot in Los Angeles). There is no cover over them when it rains and the food gets wet even though the little hole drain the water. The food inside the feeder gets moist, which seems normal as the air is humid during rain.I am not sure if they are meant to withhold chlorin, but I used it to disinfect them, and it didn’t seem to hurt the coating.I have them on the north side of the building in a shaded area, they don’t get any direct sun, but the lighting works for several hours during the evening. I have not sat out long enough for the batteries to drain.The company has amazing customer service. I had an issue with the solar panel and they replaced it months after I bought the feeder even though Amazon fulfilled the order.Oh yeah, don’t worry, the dove has another station to eat. We love all animals over here.

Title: Pretty, Day or Night!
Review: We love seeing this light up at nighttime, even though we don't use this for feeding the birds. We intentionally bought it solely because it was an attractive garden feature, and if later we decide to include feed, we can, but, it is satisfying just to gaze at whether am or pm.

Review: It's a nice, pretty feeder but it is small and the light can't be seen if you fill it all the way up. If you just want something decorative it works

Review: This looks beautiful in the garden and is solidly made. There are small holes in the tray so it doesn't collect water, but if you're using small bird seed some of it will fall through the holes. The light seems to work well, but don't fill the canister too full with seed, otherwise it will block the light.

Title: Very pretty
Review: Because it just came I haven't put it out yet, but tested to see that the solar worked, and all is well. But it is so pretty that I just ordered another one as a Christmas gift. The main reason I bought mine was how easy and not messy it is to fill, which is why I bought it in the first place..... solar is just a plus.

Title: Beautiful but not bright
Review: I got this for mother's day and I did end up keeping it. The sturdiness is well. It was very easy to assemble, basically already put together. The size is ok, it's a little bit taller than a regular size water or soda bottle. It does what it is supposed to do though and it is very beautiful. I hung this up on the back of my house near my patio and the light shining through the decor at night makes a very beautiful pattern. The pattern really only shines against my home and doesn't reach the ground, I guess because I have it so high up and the light isn't bright enough to reach the ground, unless I was to lower it. I'd say it is worth the money for the most part. The solar light works on it for a few hours at night. Is it worth the money? I think it could be a few dollars cheaper.
