Timing & Natural Light Sensing

Definitely helpful to be able to see the time on the unit and able to manually set the chicken guard automatic door opening/closing time. Built-in intelligent system, through timer settings, the solar chicken gate can be automatically opened and closed at various times. Alternatively, it can be automatically opened and closed at dawn and dusk by setting the natural light sensor.

Ultra-long Distance Remote Control

Chicken coop doors automatic solar is comes with a remote. Gently press the ON/OFF button on the remote to open/close it when you stand outside the range of the chickens. Remote control distance support without obstacles within 20 meters.

Manual Control

Electric chicken coop door not only can be opened/closed automatically and remotely, it can also be opened/closed manually by pressing the up/down button on the chicken coop door opener.

Title: Reliable and great value
Review: Put off buying an automatic door, most out there were fairly expensive. Saw this one, read the reviews and thought I’d give it a try.Very easy to install, I just had to add some trim around existing door opening.I plugged in the solar panel before installing and place in direct sunlight. I was impatient, after 10 minutes I tested and door opened and closed perfectly.Installed door and solar panel (plenty of wire) and set the timer.It’s been a month and it has been functioning perfect. I still go out and check, the girls are all in the coop and door closes on time. I set it to time and not dusk to dawn. Just don’t want it to close before they get into the coop for the night.The remote is handy to close door when cleaning the coop, otherwise nosy girls come in to see what they are missing.Reset the clock for daylight savings, simple. It is very easy to navigate the panel.Would 100% recommend purchasing this if you are on the fence.

Review: Very happy with this purchase. It was easy to install and program. I've been using for a month so far with no issues. Solar panel is a great addition. Review: Door works great! Seems to be very well built. I’ve got it working in the timed mode and using the solar charger. My chicken really appreciate the door that opens in the morning and I appreciate that it closes at night without my intervention. Review: I’ve had this solar powered chicken door working on my hen house for about three months now, and it has been functioning perfectly. It’s easy to set up and program. It needs a perfectly flat surface to attached the door to, and you may want longer screws than those supplied with the door. Also, you need to make sure no bedding or debris gets in the doorway or it will not close all the way.

Review: This is a great product! Easy to install, and my chickens love it! Now I don’t worry about them being safe! At first I thought the opening would be too small for my very tall rooster, but he has no problem with it, he walks right through. I recommend this to anyone with chickens. Love the solar panel too! It was such a hassle before having to manually open and close the door, and this will make going on vacation much easier!
