Title: Nice and loud
Review: Bought for use with a cheap PA speaker. Much louder than the cheaper mic that came with the speaker. On/off switch is great for when the mic isn’t in active use.

Title: Karaoke savior
Review: This came in handy during Holiday karaoke ! It has a handy on/off switch which my $100 plus mic does not have and that’s a definite plus when you’re passing the mic around. I swear it made ‘ok’ singers sound better and clearer, lol! It’s better than just a karaoke mic though. It can definitely be used for lead or background vocalists, spoken word, presentations…Nice price point as well.Great purchase !Update 4/24Once again this handy mic came in a pinch at a presentation where several people had to use it to make speeches. Feedback from them was positive. It has some weight- feels solid- and doesn’t feel like a cheap karaoke mic. You could hear each person clearly and there was no static. We used a ‘generic’ speaker and a long cord. Thank goodness for the on and off switch as it exchanged hands several times. Love this mic!

Title: Decent sound quality but near-floor-level mounting is difficult
Review: I got this microphone to go with my Mackie audio mixer for the purpose of simultaneously recording my voice and game audio with stereo separation. The microphone works very well, but it doesn't seem to have an easy way to mount it to anything that's near floor level (in my case, about 24 inches (60 cm) above the ground). While there are microphone stands, nothing I've seen gets that low (I may have been looking at the wrong things though). Thus, I'd need some handyman type skills to build something that would work, a pair of pieces of metal with rotation points can be used, with a sort of rotating cone-shape part at the end for securing the microphone should allow for it to be mounted. My setup isn't really ideal, however, for voice recording, so I need to make some changes to my computer desk area and build stuff to make it work more optimally, such as pointing away from the background noise instead of toward it. It is a bit on the heavy side though so I do have to take that into account.

Title: Good home karaoke microphone.
Review: I bought this specifically to use at home for my karaoke setup. It's a little setup that has brought us much fun since we started using it about 1.5 years ago. The karaoke setup has gotten more use due the pandemic, we still wanted to karaoke and the only place to do it was at home. I was using my computer mic (a Blue Yeti condenser mic) and sending the audio straight to a speaker just for the vocals (a Bose Rockin Roller Mini). It worked but I always had to worry about feedback, and it was still better than nothing. I decided I wanted to add some reverb to the karaoke nights and bought a tiny mixer (Behringer Xenyx 1202FX) and this microphone. There are some reviews that say there is noticeable handling noise, there is, I noticed it immediately upon testing. The other thing I noticed was that I was still getting feedback, the speaker I use does face directly to the singer, the mic, and its only placed about 5 feet away from the singer, so it wasn't a surprise to hear the feedback. After changing the settings on my mixer and lowering the mid adjustment knob, I was able to get the mic working with no noticeable feedback, effects, and good volume, minimal change on the handling noise. The handling noise goes unnoticed once the music starts and there is active singing. For my first cardioid mic for my home karaoke, I am completely satisfied with this purchase. I would recommend to others for home karaoke use, I would not recommend for professional use or even just speaking, with no background noise the handling noise is going to be noticeable.Would I buy again? Maybe, this thing is great for an introductory mic but I think I will spend a bit more next time and get the Shure SM58 to use as the main and downgrade this one to the backup singers mic. Maybe I'll change my mind after using this a few more times. If you are looking for a good budget friendly microphone for fun at home karaoke nights then I would highly recommend this. I would not recommend this for professional use or for those of you planning to use it for speaking only, the handling noise is too noticeable.

Review: I needed a good crisp mike for my shows. This one is perfect. I wasn't sure if it would be as it was reasonably priced however I am thrilled as it does have a crisp clear pick up for my vocals. I am really very happy with my purchase. Great price, great vocals
